‘ i spent the night gettin’ blood out’ta the seats of m’car n’i haven’t gone grocery shoppin’ in awhile so i used ‘yer key n’made food. ’ delicate shoulders rise & fall gracefully as the diminutive woman crawls upon the bed beside her. ‘i made ‘nough for two seein’ as ‘ya helped me las’ night. ’ accent seemed thicked beneath the haze of sleep, drawling words dripping like molasses from lazy tongue.
