         Under the authorization of Head Director C******* M***** of the Paranormal and Supernatural Division (P.S.D.) the project under the classification Eyes Of The Mist (E.O.T.M.) has been granted the authority to operate. The E.O.T.M. will be given full facilities to operate in as well as full access to P.S.D. resources. Any additional resources must be requested through the proper procedure.

        Personal Statement:

               Congratulations Miss Hearts, you have successfully convinced the board to authorize your crackpot project with your charming wits. I must say I am impressed at your determination to see this project through. When you first brought this absurd plan of yours to me I told you that it will never get past the board. It seems I have been proven wrong. You never did seem to know when to give up. The point of the P.S.D. is to stop the anomalies of this world from coming to light of the public. And now you want to, what? Investigate and understand these monsters? You must be truly mad if you think there is any form of thought in those things.
