—  ˚  after  this  night  ends,  rosey  swears  off  booze  .  she  has  to,  since  it's  the  only  reasonable  explanation  as  to  why  she's  propped  onto  the  edge  of  a  table  with  her  hands  knotted  in  angel's  hair  .  her  back  leans  against  the  cold  wall,  unable  to  feel  any  of  it  seep  into  her  spine  as  she  kisses  him  .  in  her  current  state,  she's  realized  early  on  that  angel  is  fun  to  kiss,  and  more  so,  that  roselind  likes  to  kiss  him  .  a  lot  .  there  are  a  few  moments  her  lips  aren't  against  him,  agonizing  milliseconds  that  separate  them  that  are  immediately  crushed  .  space  exists  between them  for  a  handful  of  seconds  —  filled  in  with  her  light  laughs,  and  sweet  nothings  reserved  only  for  him  to  hear  .  she  pulls  him  close,  blissfully  enamored  by  how  her  skin  is  on  fire  and  the  saccharine  sighs  that  emit  from  the  back  of  her  throat  .  rosey  pulls  away  for  a  second,  with  her  pupils  dilated  and  her  lips  a  shade  of  her  namesake  .  her  smile  is  so  soft,  and  her  hands  gently  cup  his  face  .  "  you  know,  "  she  seals  the  space  between  them  with  another  peck,  "  i  should  have  kissed  you  a  long  time  ago,  i  think  .  "   ✧  @efflorcscences

—  ˚  maybe,  just  maybe,  roselind  kang  finds  angel  yoo  tolerable  (  pleasant,  likeable  even  )  at  the  height  of  the  evening  .  his  company  isn’t  the  worst  after  some  thought,  and  there's  even  an  itty  bit  part  of  her  that  regrets  cutting  their  time  together  short  back  home  .  she  feels  her  cheeks  flush  and  rosey  bites  the  inner  of  her  cheek  .  or  maybe,  just  maybe,  roselind  kang  was  entirely  too  drunk  right  now  and  all  of  this  meant  nothing  .  she's  about  to  say  something,  stuck  between  a  '  let's  go  do  something  '  or  '  i  think  i  want  to  kiss  you  '  .  either  way,  it's  definitely  not  a  "  what  ?  "  that  soon  tumbles  from  her  bottom  lip  .  rosey  is  acutely  aware  of  things  now  —  the  way  his  smile  has  died  off  and  a  different  expression  overtakes  his  features  .  it  almost  felt  like  looking  at  a  stranger  .  "  well,  i  mean,  it's  not  like  you're  really  my  —   "  and  she  cuts  herself  short  .  "  what  does  al  have  to  do  with  anything  ?  "  frustration  carefully  blooms  in  her  chest,  overtaking  her  voice  in  an  instant  .  the  sudden  shift  does  not  miss  her,  and  she's  immediately  looking  back  to  overthink  all  the  things  she  had  said  to  him  only  moments  ago  .  "  did  i  do  something  wrong  ?  "  roselind  can't  help  but  ask  after  a  beat,  brows  knitting  together  .

—  ˚  "  a  little,  "  rosey  giggles,  giving  him  a  sheepish  look  as  her  smile  widens  .  the  room  sways  lightly,  and  everything  has  on  a  tinge  of  haze  as  the  demigod  looks  around,  steadying  herself  .  roselind  looks  at  angel  for  a  moment,  and  a  part  of  her  begins  to  memorize  a  figure  she  was  starting  to  forget  the  months  she  was  gone  .  how  could  she,  though  ?  she  tilts  her  head  a  little  to  the  side  as  she  examines  him,  and  rosey  thinks  he's  stuck  in  her  head  forever  now  .  "  angel,  "  the  girl  whines  .  "  yes,  scare  .  i  already  tried  telling  them  that  you're  my  boyfriend,  and  they  still  kept  asking  !  what  a  freak  .  "  she  makes  a  face  as  she  spots  the  familiar  silhouette  across  the  room  oogling  her  .  rosey  swears  she  could  feel  the  hairs  on  the  back  of  her  neck  rise  .  "  that's  them,  "

———  the  saved  up  olympic  checks  come  in  handy  time  to  time  and  rosey  decided  to  splurge  a  bit  with  a  custom  made  zuhair  murad  and  sold  out  everywhere  versace  shoes  .  her  hair,  pin  straight  compared  to  her  normal  natural  curls,  is  tied  in  a  semi-low  slicked  ponytail  that  at  some  point  she  unties  because  her  head  hurts  .  she’s  wearing  a  red almost  black  silk  mask  and  the  only  accessory  she’s  wearing  is  diamond  studs  because  her  tits  speak  for  themselves,  thank  you  <3  ———   have  a  date  ? : nah  !  was  supposed  to  bring  her  current  tinder  beau  but  whoops,  she’s  decided  to  ghost  them  lol  .

rosey  wanted  to  dress  up  something  low  maintenance  (  aka  she  did  not  want  to  buy  anything  )  and  found  some  things  in  her  closet  that  worked  together  !  got  a  lil  death  note  book  and  was  going  to  wear  a  blonde  wig,  but  it  looked  ugly  as  fuck,  so  she  just  bleached  her  hair  altogether  <3  it’ll  go  back  to  black  after  halloween  .
