Ok I’m sure it’s too much to ask for that look on Marta’s face at the end to be cold feet…
Now that Pelayo’s made his deal with the devil, I realize that this is going to blow up much faster than expected but that’s the way these things work on a show like SDL; cough and the next thing you know you’re dead, so to speak.
Interesting how we don’t yet know what the dirt is on Pelayo’s political opponent. I think that no matter what, when Marta finds out about it shit’s going to hit the fan. I don’t think she’ll be as loose morally as Damian and Pedro were when giving their advice. Pelayo is in very dangerous territory.

I have to admit, I don't understand why every time a couple on this show decides they want to try and get pregnant they need to announce it to their entire circle of friends and family. Is this a thing? I don't think this is a thing. Anyway. I kind of hoped Begoña would press on the "how is this going to work" angle because no one else seems concerned about it.
To be honest, I had a little moment of glee when Pelayo didn't react exactly as Marta had wanted to the news of their decision about the baby situation. Like, what was she expecting? For him to jump up and down? He only cares insofar as this helps him personally, Marta, and it doesn't help him enough right now so he's only marginally pleased. Marta is being extremely myopic right now. I did have to laugh when she said they had really thought about it seriously because, no you didn't. You took about two days between you to decide that yes you were going to jump into baby making without any real plan. You're all so dopey.
So what do we think is in Carpena's folder on Pelayo's political rival? Gayness?
~~~amistad~~~ they're ~~gal pals~~, if you will
