SUPER SHAPESHIFTER SHOWDOWN

The showdown where shapeshifters come to battle!

Couple rules:

Only fictional characters are allowed in (don’t think I have to state but I will anyways)

Characters can be shapeshifters through natural born abilities, magical abilities, or other circumstances- as long as they’re regarded as shapeshifters for their ability to change their form you can submit them in!

Propaganda is allowed, but remember this is all for fun so please don’t harass/be mean to other people!

Do not spam submit in the same character- however if your fandom has more then one shapeshifter character, then you can submit them in separately

get your legos, your lesbians, and your niche lil blorbos because it's time for season 2 of the purple and yellow showdown! the form has been reset to allow for a new wave of submissions, but before you go hog-wild, here are the rules!

there's been some issues in other polls with this so: don't take this too seriously, no death threats in the tags or anything, this is a duo poll not a deathmatch

new characters to the showdown will be favored over characters in season one, so if you want a returning competitor, be sure to send them in!

susie and noelle, your season 1 victors, are NOT going to be counted in this vote BUT the victor of season two will go up against them!

with that in mind, don't spam the form please :( submit as many characters as you want, but don't spam the same duo over and over again.

Characters must feature either pink or blue somehow whether that be through their color palette, association to said color, or archetype/symbolism

While this tournament is geared towards duos, if you have a character in mind that has both pink and blue elements feel free to submit them as well

I haven't seen a bracket for red-green-blue triots yet, so here it is!

Inspired by other brackets such as @primarycolorcharactersbrackets @skittlesquadsquabble @secondarycolorcharacterbracket @yellowandgreenbracket @blueandgreentournament @redandbluebracket (and so many more)

Rules/Notes:

Fictional characters only

Submit as many trios as you like but only submit each trio once

Multiple trios from the same media are allowed

This is meant for trios, however if you can find a character that has red, green, and blue predominantly featuring in their design you can submit them as a single character

For the purposes of this poll, pink, green, and blue counts, red, teal, and blue counts, red, green, and teal counts, and so on and so forth.

Don't submit the Calamity Trio from Amphibia, or the Fun Gang Trio from Deltarune bc they're definitely getting in.

A BRACKET FOR THE HATERS

Sick of polls about heroes and duos? Want a poll about guys who hate? Guys who loathe? Guys whose raison d'être is just to suck, like, so bad?

INTRODUCING: the Hater Bracket, a single-elimination competition to find the Biggest Hater in All of Fiction. Your Iagos, your Yzmas, your Syndromes, your GLaDOSes: characters whose primary motivation is a grudge against one specific person or group for some (perceived) slight—the pettier the better.

Entrants will be judged on:

Proactivity: ok, so they're a hater, but what do they do about it? Anyone can hate, but a true hater puts everything they have into their effort to screw over the person who's wronged them.

Pettiness: how "wronged" has this person been, anyways? Did the object of their hatred kill their entire family in front of them, or were they just less than perfectly 100% accommodating once and the hater has literally never gotten over it?

Successfulness: is a successful hater or a failed one a "better" hater? You be the judge!

Overall panache: The "x factor" of haterness. Did they hate with swag? Were they super eloquent in their monologue that basically boiled down to "oh my god I hate that guy SO MUCH"? If not, was it at least funny to watch them fume incoherently?

FAQ:

How will competitors be selected? Mod discretion. Note that we will be more likely to select haters that we either know, have friends who know, or that come with a good explanation of their hater-ness (that is verifiable by google) in the submission. Stuffing the ballot box, as it were, will have zero effect, since the bracket is not selected by number of nominations.

Can I submit real people? No. This is a bracket for fictional haters. Real-life haters are way less cool and fun anyways.

Note: Real people who have been sufficiently fictionalized (either in one piece of media, or multiple) do qualify for the purposes of this tournament.

What about [actual play media/MCYT/other thing where people play fictionalized versions of themselves]? Sure, but if we don't like it, we won't include it.

What about professional wrestling? Yes! I assume there's gotta be SOME incredible haters in there.

What about...? Submit it if you want! In the worst case I simply won't include it, in the best case I will.

How many submissions has _ gotten? We will release a full tally of submissions after nominations close. Until then, we will not be answering any questions about how many nominations any particular character has gotten.
