every summer i remember i can blend my coffee with a whole cup of ice and a little bit of oat milk and trick myself into thinking im eating bc of the texture and i feel like i've discovered another planet
now i blend ice with all of my drinks (coffee, ice tea, cucumber lemon water, energy drinks) and 10/10 would recommend

a question!
i finally got back to tracking every cal i consume (bc due to some stuff i couldnt do it for like a month or so and ive been only estimating) and im curious how you do it?
bc i know some people do weekly instead of daily tracking so they dont feel bad if they go a little bit over on one day bc they can make up for it the next day. and i've been debating this because these days i either stay home and eat v little or im out the whole day because of uni and then i need to pack more food so i wont be side eyed by my friends for not going and buying dinner with them (dinner that i cannot track so packing my obv in a lesser evil in this case). because of that i think the weekly cal budget could work a little bit better for me but hmmm idk
what are your experiences? do you have any tips?

does anyone else get crazy motivated once the weather gets warmer? i struggle so hard with staying on track when it's cold and yes yes ik summer bodies are made in winter yes yes the ancient sacred texts are not lost on me i know the rules it's just that it's so easy to slip when you can hide behind thick sweaters and pants (also since i lost some weight i cant keep warm now and i need more fuel thoughout the day to not get sick).
now since the weather is nice and we've been conistently staying in the 15-25 degrees range for a month or so its so much easier to stay on track not only because i have to look presentable and cant hide behind clohes but also because i can see other girls also not hiding behind clothes and it gives me so much motivation
im so motivated to lock in rn boys only good things for me now only good progress going forward
