the newest addition to my jewel collection, cast in sterling silver and set with double garnets. “nectar” ring. find it on the new naomi.se the 'nectar' ring is set with two faceted garnet stones, deep red with just a hint of purple. a silver droplet moves beautifully between them. nectar is the sweet, fragrant drink of the gods and the liquid extracted from flowers by bees. garnets are said to have healing and purifying properties. the name comes from latin 'granatus' - meaning seed. the same colour and name are represented in the magical pomegranate, associated with goddess aphrodite. sterling silver band set with a timeless ring serpent in the style of a door knocker. moves beautifully on your hand and will add a glint to every motion.

I’ve featured Swedish illustrator Hans Arnold (1925-2010) before—his densely organic compositions make every drawing look like a little masterpiece, with their floral designs and reptilian scales, the sharp fangs and medieval sense of make-believe. The colors are fading like this morning’s dream.
