Question about your Cowboy AU do they have something simaler to "the book of dragons" or do they go of by whatever they remember

I’m sure Fishlegs would have an encyclopaedia or two on horses! The Ingermans are wealthy and have a large house with a library. He would be super indecisive about which books to bring when Hiccup makes him venture out with the gang. Eventually they’d make him narrow it down to three (the horror!). He’d also get PISSED if anyone got his books dirty/ mistreated them (looking at you, chronic page-corner-folder Tuffnut). But I also love the idea of him journaling their trail adventure! (Snotlout would make fun of him for it)
