Michael, the eldest archangel, Viceroy of Heaven, Archangel Seraph, commanded the Celestial armies Banished Lucifer from Heaven on God's command. God created the Heaven then the archangels, the angels and other celestial creatures then the Earth and humans. When God asked the angels to love humans even more than him, Lucifer protested, calling them murderous and flawed.
