I think the Illusion Sea Master made a major mistake by giving Tang San an illusion of the time he felt most helpless and couldn’t save Xiao Wu, who saved him instead. Mocking him for not having enough power at that point is not wise either, because nowadays he has oodles of power and is about to go nuclear after a taunting like that.
It’s such a delight to see Xiao Wu back in full fighting form! And willing to take the fights to the end. She looked so bouncy after utterly trouncing all those guys.
Woot! Xiao Wu is back! Though not completely, since the real Wu would never look that timid and hide behind Tang San’s back in any situation. There is still work to do to restore her entire soul to her, but at least she’s not a rabbit anymore.
Damn, these two and their epic love always makes me cry after the way she sacrificed her life for him. She is still there and you can rescue her, Tang San.
Hah, I knew that couldn’t be the end. So it looks like Tang San is now on a quest to find the ingredients for the ritual that will save Wu. At least the Martial Hall thinks she’s dead now, so they probably won’t interfere with things at this point. And knowing Tang San’s protectiveness and his vinditiveness when someone hurts Wu, they will suffer for their part in this in the future.
Noooo!!! Tang San was willing to die in order to protect Wu from the Martial Soul Hall and help her escape, since their forces were too strong, but when he was at death’s door, Wu chose to sacrifice her entire self instead as a soul ring for him in order to save him. Why you make me cry, series, why?!
Though this can't really be the end, because I understand they end up getting married and having kids at some point, so there must be some gimmick that allows her to survive after all.
