Dhadkane ruk si jati th meri...Zindigi theher si gyi thi meri... 

Jab tumhare paas hone ka bas khayaal saath hota tha...

Us yaad mein mere haathon mein tumhara haath hota tha..

Jab tum muh mod kar chale gye the...Mujhe akela chod gye the...

Raston mein fark na kar paa rhi thi main...

Manzilon pe pahuchne ki chaha hi kho gyi thi jaise...

Shaam ruk si gy thi..andhera pyaara sa lag rha tha...

Akelepan se deewangi s ho gyi thi meri...kisi ko bhi zaroorat nai thi meri...

Par phr mujhe yaad aya...

Mann ke kisi kone mein yeh gumaan ayaa...

Zindigi ne bahut dekha hai mujhko...aur main iss zindgi ko...

Pyaar..chaahat..Hasi..sirf yehi nahi hota...jeene ke liye...

Chahti toh hoon phir se hasna par hasi ati nahi...

Chehre se..yeh shoonyata jaati nahi...

Ek zariya chahiye mujhe jeene ke liye...

Ek maksad poora karne ke liye...

Zindigi ne mere liye jo bhi socha ho...

Par main dhoondh lungi..ek ummeed jeene ke liye...

par is ankhon ko usi duniya ki nazron se kaise chupaun..

pyar ke hote huye bhi tanhayi ko kaise bhulaun...

yeh akelapan hi toh mera sahara hai...

na kisi ke hone ki ummed...na aane ka ishara hai...

sabki khushi mein toh khush hun main...

sab bhul gye hai mujhe...phir bhi chup hoon main...

koi zariya chahiye phir jeene ke liye...

ek lakshya bandhna hai...azaad hone ke liye...

Kyuki rehna hai door tumse...tumhe paane ke liye...

kabil banna hai mujhe...tumhe tumse jeet jane ke liye...

rehna hai chup...ya rehna..door...

meri majboori samjh lo...ya meri koshish...

chah yeh hai ki...tumhare sang, janmon ka saath paon...

aur bas...tumhari mushkurahat ki vajah bann jaun...

jo kehne ki khaish mein reh gye...toh mano...

uss darr ko bhi jeene se pehle tumhe kho diya...

jo keh diye...toh sambhall gye...

jo paa liye...toh sawarr gaye...

jawab ki zaroorat nai hai mujhe...main issi mein khush hoon...

kyuki...darr yeh bhi hai...

ki bas mazak na bann ke reh jaun...

Toh shayad ek vajah dekar...tumse kahin door chala jaun...
