You know what’s really sexy in Fallout? Repurposing.

Either like, as places, like how Camp Golf and Jacobstown are resorts, or Diamond City is a baseball stadium, or McCarren is an airport, or Arcadia is an observatory. People would flock to enclosed areas with living and working spaces built in.

Or even objects. The fact that Lily uses a vertibird blade as a sword in New Vegas is so good. Objects with clear former purposes will always be better than “prewar gun” or “gun made out of junk”
