The lion was erected by the Thebans after the battle of the same name to commemorate their fallen. Under the monument, archaeologists unearthed a mass grave of 254 people, now identified as members of the elite military unit known as “The Sacred Band of Thebes.  

The monument was found in pieces, and restored to its full height in the early 20th century. The lion is one of the oldest standing war memorials of Greece.

How do you think they will tackle introducing byler to the GA?

all they really need to do to convince the ga is to give byler a longing look - obviously they've already done this in s4 with the bedroom scene, but they need to make the moment unambiguously romantic, like they're almost holding hands or they're almost going to kiss or something. even more so, giving mike an unreciprocated longing look towards will like will had in s4 would be a good way to do it.

it doesn't need any more than that because they've done that successfully with jancy and jopper

making them work well as a team is key - and showing a clear contrast between byler and mileven would also help
