in my opinion -- it's not hard being "fat"
it's not clothes shopping that annoys us most
it's not the number on the scale that depresses us
it's not that we are "fat" to most people
none of this affects us as "fat" people. none of this makes being "fat" a bad thing.
it's the media's expectations of what the human body should resemble; it's the health issues we may face (but "fat" people can also be very healthy)
