The 'rude/demanding' tone would be stuff along the lines of "if you like but don't reblog I'll [threat]" which i see surprisingly often, both serious and more silly
#I hate 'likes don't do anything' SO much I'll literally change my mind about liking or reblogging at all over it#I mean personally as an artist I'd rather have some engagement than none but since you feel differently then none it is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯#it isn't anyone's job to market your work and it's weird and deeply offputting to get passive aggressive or bitchy acting like it is. sorry
