heavily leaning towards going plant based again because i watched a documentary last night before bed and have sufficiently scared myself from animal products
#listen the doc was obviously biased#but i watched it to trigger myself so i just let it happen#there was some truth to it but obviously they ended up blaming consumers more#bc its supposed to incite -personal action- or w/e the fuck#anyway i just did it to trigger more fear foods LOL
