You know, everyone’s always going on about how Fallout 3 and 4 “romanticize” the Pre-war and….I don’t see it? Beyond the fact that the small snapshot we see of the Sole Survivor’s life before the bombs fell was pretty decent, and that they can get nostalgic about it once or twice–which is kinda understandable since like, Hey! I used to live in an actual house in a world that wasn’t an irradiated wasteland!

I have to wonder if people read the entries on the consoles at all? Because those painted a pretty clear picture of a really fucked up dystopia if you ask me.
