Trump and Vance said Zelenskyy should obey. Take what Russia offers. Get nothing in return.
The worst advice from two groomed traitors.
'You don't have the cards' will go down in history as the worst military assessment. Now the draft-dodging dufus wants a parade with tanks and soldiers. What a joke.

What To Do When It Happens

Write it down. The date. The time. What they said. What you said. What you couldn’t. This isn’t overreacting. It’s documenting.
Tell someone you trust. Not the one who explains it away. The one who believes you.
Save everything. Emails, DMs, texts. Rename the folder something boring.
Find the policy. It’s probably buried under “Respect in the Workplace.” Highlight it like your job depends on it—because it might.
Pay attention to what happens next. The silence. The cold shoulder. The missed invites. That counts too.
If it gets worse, you're not imagining it. Retaliation is common. It’s also illegal.
Don’t quit just to make it stop. Not before you talk to someone. A lawyer. A hotline. A friend who’s been there.
Crying in the bathroom is not unprofessional. Neither is dissociating. Nor surviving.
It’s okay to stay. It’s okay to leave. Either way, you’re strong.
What happened to you matters. Even if you stayed quiet. Even if you laughed. Even if you stayed quiet for a long, long, time.
NOTE: I wrote this on paper first (pic above) but realised my handwriting is mostly indecipherable trash. Didn't want to put you through that. Also, can people born after 2000 even read cursive nowadays? I truly have no idea.

IF YOU STAND FOR AFRICA, THEY'LL STAND AGAINST YOU..
They called Sankara a dictator for rejecting foreign aid.
They called Nkrumah a dictator for dreaming of a united Africa.
They called Gaddafi a dictator for building a gold-backed African currency.
Now they call Ibrahim Traore a dictator for kicking out neocolonial powers and putting his people first.
Notice the pattern?
If you serve the West, you're a "partner."
If you serve your people, you're a "threat."
This isn't about dictatorship. It's about fear-fear of a free, sovereign Africa.

Too often, the downfall of a Black man isn't orchestrated solely by outside forces—but by the silent or active participation of his own people. This is the residue of mental colonization: a mindset trained to distrust, diminish, and destroy its own reflections.
Marcus Garvey taught us that a race that can not protect its men, women, and children is already defeated. When we fail to defend our brothers, when we join the chorus of slander, ridicule, or indifference, we are not just harming an individual—we are sabotaging the future of our entire race.
A people who truly understand liberation know that internal accountability must never become public execution. Correct in love, uplift in principle, and always remember: disunity is the weapon of the oppressor.
Black men are not perfect—but they are not disposable. Protect them. Stand with them. Heal them. Rebuild them. Because no one else will.

Kenya has reportedly taken steps to withdraw from the World Health Organization (WHO), with a government representative emphasizing the urgent need to safeguard the nation’s health sovereignty and protect its citizens from what he described as covert agendas.
The representative accused the WHO of allegedly administering a disguised population control vaccine during a past tetanus immunization campaign. According to the claim, the vaccine given to women was not a standard tetanus shot but a fertility-regulating version purportedly designed to trigger immune responses against a critical pregnancy hormone—potentially leading to infertility and miscarriages.
In a public statement, the speaker asserted: “The WHO launched a tetanus eradication campaign, but the vaccine used was not an ordinary tetanus vaccine. It was a fertility-regulating version. When injected, it prompts the body to produce antibodies against a pregnancy hormone, effectively rendering women sterile.”
Citing a noticeable increase in infertility among young couples, the official is urging a complete and immediate withdrawal from the WHO, stating that Kenya can no longer afford to rely on the organization for its public health initiatives.

A longer version of the video was posted here. It shows Kenyan Gynaecologist Wahome Ngare addressing the president of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni, on why African countries cannot trust the WHO.

Mad your DNA said West African? That’s not disappointment—it’s internalized colonial shame. Some of y’all would rather claim Moor, Olmec, Hebrew, or Viking before you accept Africa. That’s not consciousness. That’s confusion and self hate.
You were stripped of your language, land, and lineage—and now you cosplay lost empires to feel valuable. But the truth is: you are African. And there’s no higher truth than that.
Your heritage is the root of civilization itself. African ancestors built pyramids without machines, mapped stars before telescopes, birthed medicine, mathematics, and systems of governance. Even in the face of slavery and colonization, they resisted, revolted, and rebuilt. That blood runs through you. That fire is yours.
Having African heritage isn’t a downgrade—it’s a divine inheritance. It's not something to deny, it’s something to defend. You’re not lost. You’re rooted. Stop fleeing your power. Stand in it.
