Hi Paul How we start doing BAS/BMS project is because of Mr. Wan friend introduce us to one of Main Contractor which they already awarded the project. So they need a BMS system for the project, We propose them to use Beckhoff system and Indusoft Scada. We offer them full solution including panel and wiring job for BMS, which VK Power Sdn Bhd provide supply to us. VK Power is the panel marker and they very experience in site wiring. This the first BAS/BMS project we did together. VK Power was doing business with one of the well know company who supplier HVAC system (OYL). Last time VK Power only supply Panel for OYL for the HVAC system. After we did the first project, VK Power take us as they software partner for they Job. Then VK Power take BAS/BMS form OYL and we offer BAS/BMS hardware and software side. VK Power will do all the wiring and panel work including site wiring Attachment picture is the first project we done. Beckhoff Penang also recommended us to they customer who need BAS/BMS system. The important criteria for success Work with HVAC supplier Work with HVAC panel marker supplier Propose our BAS/BMS system to consultant Find more HVAC supplier Note: For BAS/BMS system is just a small portion, usually Main Contractor will put it under HVAC system as a total contract.
