Practice what you Preach
It is of utmost importance that the Human Resources department not only ensures the recruitment of the best possible people for the job but also ensures that the people recruited are in the best possible condition to deal with the ordeals thrown at them.
Employee well-being is now increasingly gaining more relevance as it is important to the health of the organization itself. The workers at Eat.Fit, an organization solely responsible and dedicated towards the wellness of the clients they serve themselves do not partake in the ideology they sell.
The employees already have access to a gym and healthy food but are not motivated by these to lead a healthy life.
Your job as the HR representative of the company is to make an innovative Health and Wellness plan for the employees and motivate them to improve their physical and mental health. We encourage out of the box thinking.

BLOC-KID
Blockchain is a distributed ledger that maintains a continuously-growing list of every transaction across every network distributed over tens of thousands of computers. The ledger can be written onto with new information, but the previous information, stored in blocks, cannot be edited, adjusted or changed. This makes it almost impossible to hack, changing the way transactions are currently recorded.
Right now, blockchain is helping reshape industries in domains as varied as finance, healthcare, government and manufacturing. The technology will continue to evolve and be used in more innovative ways.
Your task, is to use Blockchain to develop a business model for kids of age groups 0-6.
The new business should be based on blockchain and must target kids of the above mentioned segment.
Come up with:
- Business Model
- Blockchain Integration
- Brief Financials (Initial investments, revenue model, break-even analysis etc.)
Be as creative as you can, but remember a business model without feasibility is like cryptocurrencies without blockchain.
Deliverables:
A Pitch Deck of not more than 8 slides.
Submission:
Hard Copy: 4 PM, Friday 06/07/18
Soft copy: 9 AM, Friday 06/07/18
Note:
A pitch-deck is a compressed report in the form of a PPT which conveys all the necessary details to a potential investor. (Google it for more)
Make sure you understand the technology before jumping to create a business.

A for Apple, B for Best Manager
It’s the world’s thinnest notebook,” said Steve Jobs as he introduced the MacBook Air 10 years ago today. Apple’s Macworld 2008 was a special one, taking place just days after the annual Consumer Electronics Show had ended and Bill Gates bid farewell to Microsoft. Jobs introduced the MacBook Air by removing it from a tiny paper office envelope, and the crowd was audibly shocked at just how small and thin it was, because 2 cms is usually not a length to brag about. We’d never seen anything quite like it, and it immediately changed the future of laptops.
When the world is watching, you only get one chance to leave a mark on them. And when you leave a mark on the masses, you go down in the history books.
This is your time to prove to the world, that your story can beat his, and any other person who has at the helm of apple.
Your task, is to make, and prepare for a keynote speech.
The keynote speech shall be the unveiling of the new iPhone 11. You are given complete freedom to model and introduce any features you see fit.
Minimalism, composure, articulation and presentation is key (pun intended).
Make sure you are able to captivate the audience.
Deliverables:
A Presentation of not more than 8 slides. No rules of formatting apply here. Be as creative as you like.
Submission:
Soft copy: 9 AM, Friday 06/07/18
