Idea for a historical dark comedy, that would work just as well in so many different eras and places that I couldn't pick one:

A royal court where everyone is trying to murder the current ruler, but everyone's schemes just keep cancelling each other out. Everyone on the outside thinks that this period of rule is remarkably and unusually peaceful, but what are you going to do when someone's trying to kill the king with poison A, at the same time when someone else doused his drink with poison B, which are paradoxally antidotes for each other, and the third poison, extracted from a piece of supposedly cursed mouldy bread, is just antibiotic enough to treat the syphilis the king got from the courtesan who was sent to seduce him.

i think its funny that after you give blood, they keep calling you every once in a while to ask if you want to give more blood 

and i get it, blood is important and in short supply, but it just seems like

A game I like to play is to open the Google earth app on my phone, turn steer view on, zoom all the way out, close my eyes, randomly spin the globe around and tap somewhere random on my screen to see where I end up. Today I ended up in Antarctica.

I won't say it's, like, the series' best feature, but on a personally relatable level my favourite thing about The Murderbot Diaries is the repeated implication that most of SecUnit's success as a hacker stems from the fact that it keeps bumping into mission-critical systems where nobody bothered to change the factory default wi-fi password.
