( herman tømmeraas. cis male, he/him, our word + jessie shelton. ) supposedly, BO EKLUND is a VAMPIRE/WEREWOLF HYBRID. they look like they’re TWENTY TWO, they act like they’ve been on earth for 1395 years. i just saw them at NYU, i think they’re a STUDENT there. at night you can always find them going home to STATEN ISLAND by FERRY.

Y’all poor Bo he lives in effin’ Staten Island, but anyway. Greetings, I’m Q!

Beginnings..

Bo is Freya’s little brother. Emphasis on little because Freya’s a momma bear, but anyway! Their parents had them despite being a vampire/werewolf couple, and that was a mistake because of tensions between species. As a young child he was ostracized a lot, and forced on his sister. Obviously there’s a bit of an age gap, and as much as he loved and looked up to her she wasn’t the ideal playmate.

He tried to find people who didn’t know about him and his situation to befriend. They asked a lot of questions about his family, and he got really good at answering those questions (lying). As a young viking boy the important stuff was probably storytelling, and learning how to fight. He became really good at both thanks to his ability to out-bluff people more than twice his age.

One day his mom died because of hunters so that was cool.

In other words his sister fucked up, and nowadays he thinks he doesn’t remember his mom because he wasn’t even an adult when she passed.

His lying... changed after his mom died. Before that he mostly used it to make people accept him, or well accept the version of him he’d given them. Afterwards he started to use it to rearrange reality to suit him. His mom had died, he couldn’t control that. He could pretend that he didn’t remember her though, pretend that she was just that generic homemaker not worth remembering. That’s his coping mechanism.

After he’d more or less matured he got pretty restless. He hated where they’d grown up, pretending that it was just too small when in reality he didn’t want the reminders of how they’d grown up all alone. I hate to say he’s been everywhere, but he’s probably been everywhere.

He’d always been the insanely curious type, he probably followed wherever history seemed to be in progress. Bo probably has a pretty good grasp on world history, but he also believes in the weirdest conspiracy theories because it was just that confusing for him to live through it.

I’m gonna hc he just moved to the city to get ready for his master’s in the fall. He did his undergrad in San Francisco, and decided he needed a change of scenery. (Also he totally missed his sister, but anyway.) He’s probably made some pretty smart investments, I imagine money isn’t a problem.

Honestly he’s a puppy. Appreciate him, he’ll lie to your face, but tell the truth behind your back. It typically isn’t malicious, no hard feelings.

Oh and he’s hella polyamorous and pansexual.
