light coming from different angles in this drawing, I feel it needs simplifying in form and light source to not blow my mind, a really interesting thing happened as I drew…light spilled over the page ‘drawing’ its own projections on the black page not unlike the graphite itself…but in ephemeral form…shall keep watching it

...it is time to translate my 'passing light' sculpture into data...as I am taking measurements, make alterations my thoughts are with the technicians reading this once I pass it on. To me technical drawing seems a language that can communicate in this case 3D information away from the aesthetics that I worked on for the past 3 months, these measurements are a equaliser, I like that and no doubts will ponder a bit more on this. #sculpture #cad #monument #stone #rhschatsworth #nationalmemorialaboretum
