@enchantingcomputerdefendor has attempted to try and scam me almost immediately after I posted my go-fundme post. They tried to get me to cash a check that didn't even look real. The email they sent the picture of these checks from didn't have the same name as the checks. They were very persistent and were making it out as if I was putting in things wrong or was just dumb. The screenshots below show my interaction with them via text cause they asked for my number and I blocked them after I figured out something was wrong and called them out on it.

I'm very angry and upset that there are people like this in the world. And I'm a bit mad at myself for almost falling for such a scam....

Please be very careful!!! Don't let yourselves be fooled by these kinds of scams!!!! These types of people prey upon people who are struggling and take advantage of their kindness!!!!

@enchantingcomputerdefendor, shame on you for taking advantage of people while they're struggling. What you're doing is illegal and very fucked up. Just shame on you!!

So.....I usually never ask the internet for help like this but....

For the past couple of years, I've been struggling to get my rent paid. I don't even know how much I'm behind on rent, it's THAT bad.

The election results in the US recently also didn't help me mentally at all, either.

The next 4 years are gonna be hell for women, trans folks, and children in the US considering the sweet potato nazi that's in office currently.
