I've said it before and we all know this but god the leadup to Death Stranding was hilarious. For like two years or so we get the odd trailer that shows us the weirdest shit we've ever seen and then every time we want elaboration we learn that Kojima was last seen passing a blunt with Mads and Reedus. And then the game comes out and it's about hiking through a mountain and pissing everywhere, delivering life saving packages to people shut in from an apocalyptic plague. And then Covid happened. You can't write this.
