Okay but hypothetically is I asked if you wanted to start a small little cafe/teashop for all the broom closet witches or ones denied by their family where they can safely practice and get tips on their craft? Where we can have little lockers for the usuals that they can make their lil altar and we can sell crystals and herbs and incense and other stuff. We can have tea that are labeled by the magical abilities and then narrowed down by taste so they get exactly what they want. We can even have a little area where people can bring their familiars. We can have little gardens, little streams, little incense areas, little candle areas, and divination areas.
