One of my projects for July - August 2017. After seeing ArcSys's Dragonball Fighters Z I was interested in how they managed to create that style. So I found the resources online of which one is a video where their art director at GDC details how they made their graphics. So I'll be making Super Saiyan Goku and Full Power Frieza using that method in Blender.
