TT_____TT i just had to call my therapist office and tell them i wanted to stop coming... i really wanted to like... maybe let them know i really appreciated their help, or ask them to thank my therapist for me, but the person on the phone got everyhing taken care of sooner than i expected and i could tell the call was about to end and i froze up and didn’t get to say thamk you... now i feel weally bad
