Envy

Apple is not the best choice in term of nutrient that it could benefit but it is well known for the good taste and sweetness. Many apples are being used as an ingredient in the gourmet product.

Today would be about another apple “Envy.” The delicious apple from across the sea. Back in 1985, Envy was discovered in New Zealand, it was first grown from the cross of Braeburn and Royal Gala in 1985 by Allan White and Envy had become famous when commercial release as a variety in 2012.

The appearance of Envy would vary from crimson red skin with green undertones to ruby red, the peel is thick and tough. The texture is crisp, with every bite it will fill with a sweet taste and refreshing. The crunchiness is the special trait of this apple.

Apple could be used as an ingredient to other food such as pie and salad. However, the nutrient from apple is quite a bit low. One Envy apple could give less than a hundred calories and it contains small amount of vitamin B, quercetin, boron.

Envy is being grown under license in New Zealand, Australia, Washington and Chile. This apple also requires a proper area and specific atmosphere.

Fuji

Starting with one of the well know fruit in the world “Apple”. Apple is the fruit that been with humanity since the age of creation as mention in the bible and even gain the title “the fruit of knowledge”. Humans have been using this fruit as a ingredient, this round and tasty in a palm size could be turn into many product such as snack, smoothies, juice and more.

There are many variety of apples that appears today, by judging from the size and colors, Fuji is one of the well know apple that have a derive from Japan but it parentage is also in America. It main characteristic is a speckle pink color that flush with yellow and green background, It is crisp and also juicy as it should be. Fuji does come from Japan, it was developed in 1940 and released in 1962. Fuji come from cross pollination between Red Delicious and Virginia Ralls Janet. By combined these two kind of apple, it gave birth to the most popular sweet apple. Fuji today have become one of the most well know sweet apple in Japan, China, the United States, and Australia. It is quite easy to find one in near grocery store and markets.
