Boost Mobile Love Notes Sweepstakes Official Rules

No Purchase Required to Enter or Win. A Purchase or Payment will Not Increase Chances of Winning.

1. Eligibility: Boost Mobile Love Notes Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Employees of Boost Mobile, Schiefer ChopShop, Trymark Consulting Group L.L.C., or other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee (whether related or not) are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Boost Mobile (the “Sponsor”). Trymark Consulting Group, L.L.C. is the administrator of the Sweepstakes (the “Administrator”).

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND GOVERNS YOUR ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will void your Entry.

3. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on February 1, 2019 at 12:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on February 15, 2019 at 11:59 pm PT (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries are only valid during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. The Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an Entry is received.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. The information you provide will only be used for participation in the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter: There are three (3) ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period (collectively the “Entry”):

a. Facebook: Go to the Boost Mobile Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/boostmobile/ and “Like” the Boost Mobile Sweepstakes post, then reply to the Sweepstakes post with a comment which includes a personal testimony about why you love Boost Mobile to receive one (1) Entry. You will need to create a Facebook account if you don’t already have one to enter via this method. Registering for a Facebook account is free and can be obtained by visiting http://www.facebook.com and following the onscreen instructions to open an account. Data charges may apply if you are accessing Facebook from your mobile device to enter this Sweepstakes. Check your wireless carrier for mobile phone capabilities and pricing plan details.

b. Twitter:Go to https://twitter.com/boostmobile , become a follower of @BoostMobile and use your Twitter account to post a tweet with a personal testimony about why you love Boost Mobile and include the hashtags #BoostLoveNotes and #Sweepstakes, and tag @BoostMobile to receive one (1) Entry (retweets or @Reply messages to @BoostMobile tweets are permitted). You must have a Twitter account to enter via this method. If you do not have a Twitter account, you may sign up for a free account at https://www.twitter.com. You must be a follower of @BoostMobile and include the #BoostLoveNotes and #Sweepstakes hashtags and tag @BoostMobile in your tweet or retweet in order for your Entry to be eligible. Data charges may apply if you are accessing Twitter from your mobile device to enter this Sweepstakes. Check your wireless carrier for mobile phone capabilities and pricing plan details. Note: If you stop following @BoostMobile Twitter account or deactivate your Twitter account at any time prior to the random drawing, your Entry will be void. Entries must be publicly tweeted or posted and not submitted through direct messages. Sponsor will not receive Entries from users with “protected” or “private” accounts or posts. Private, protected or @Reply messages not received by Sponsor will not be valid. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Twitter account.

c. Instagram: Go to https://www.instagram.com/boostmobile , become a follower of @BoostMobile (if you are not already doing so), “Like” the Boost Mobile Sweepstakes post, then use your Instagram account to reply to the Boost Mobile Sweepstakes post with a comment which includes a personal testimony about why you love Boost Mobile and include the hashtags #BoostLoveNotes and #Sweepstakes to receive one (1) Entry. You must be a follower of Boost Mobile on Instagram and include the #BoostLoveNotes and #Sweepstakes hashtags in your post in order for your Entry to be eligible. You must have an Instagram account to enter via this method. If you do not have an Instagram account, you may sign up for a free account at https://www.instagram.com. Data charges may apply if you are accessing Instagram from your mobile device to enter this Sweepstakes. Check your wireless carrier for mobile phone capabilities and pricing plan details. Note: If you stop following the Boost Mobile Instagram account or deactivate your Instagram account at any time prior to the applicable random drawing, your Entry will be void. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account.

By submitting your information and creating/using a Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram account, you will be required to agree to the Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram terms of service and privacy policy. If you do not agree to Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram’s terms of service and privacy policy, you cannot create a Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account or participate in this Sweepstakes.

Your Entry may not contain any content that the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines to:

(a) be vulgar, offensive, sexually explicit, profane or pornographic; (b) be derogatory of any race, ancestry, place of origin, color, ethnic origin, citizenship, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, family status or disability; endorses any form of hate or hate group; defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people, products or companies; ( c ) be violent or promotes the use of alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or weapons; promotes unsafe activities; (d) be previously published; (e) promote any political agenda or message; (f) appear to duplicate any other submitted Entry; (g) contain copyrighted materials owned by others; (h) contain third-party trademarks, logos, insignia, including brand names of any products; (i) contain any personal identification, such as persons’ names, e-mail addresses, street addresses or license plate numbers; (j) communicate messages inconsistent with the positive image of the Sponsor’s name and/or any of its brands; (k) contain any material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to material that violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement; (l) contain any person other than the entrant; (m) violate any law; or (n) include or refer to any third parties, including but not limited to minors, celebrities and friends, who have not expressly authorized such inclusion or reference.

By submitting an Entry, you represent and warrant that (a) you are the sole owner of the Entry and have all rights to the Entry; (b) you have the right to submit the Entry and to provide the Sponsor with a license (as described below) to use the Entry; (c) your Entry consists of only your original work and no part of your Entry has previously been published anywhere else; (d) you have not granted any person, corporation or other entity any rights to use your Entry or parts thereof; (e) your Entry does not defame or violate the rights of publicity or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon the publicity rights or privacy of any third person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property rights or other third party rights; and (f) your Entry is not offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, nor does it violate any law. Sponsor reserves the right to reject or remove any Entry, in its sole and absolute discretion, on the basis that a submitted Entry is offensive or is not in keeping with the Sponsor’s image and reputation.

Sponsor’s Right To Entries: By submitting an Entry, you grant the Sponsor the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to copyright, reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use the Entry (with or without using your name) in any media throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, or approval from you or any other party. By submitting an Entry, you further agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against the Sponsor, or any other person, on the grounds that any use of the Entry, or any derivative works, infringe any of your rights, including, without limitation, copyrights, moral rights. You further acknowledge that the Sponsor is in no way obligated to publish or use your Entry in any way. Nothing herein shall constitute an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and the Sponsor. In no way are you to be construed as the agent or to be acting as the agent of the Sponsor.

Except where prohibited by law, you acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor does not have now, nor shall it have in the future, any duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, with respect to the infringement or protection of any copyright in Entry.

Limit one (1) Entry per person using only one (1) Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram account for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period (for a maximum of three (3) entries per person). If Entries are received in excess of the stated limitation from any person or social media channel (including multiple Facebook, Twitter or Instagram accounts), only the first such Entry received using an eligible social media channel method of entry will be eligible.

By submitting an Entry, the entrant consents to being contacted by direct message (“DM”) on the platform of entry if selected as a potential winner. All entries, whether or not selected as a winner will not be acknowledged or returned. Should multiple users of the same e-mail, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account subscriber or authorized account holder of said e-mail, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant and required to comply with these Official Rules and all requirements set forth herein. “Authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, the social media channel account by the social media channel provider, on-line service provider or other organization, responsible for assigning the account. Use of any automated system and use of any other devices to subvert the entry process to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification (and all associated Entries will be void). The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. Random Drawing/Winner Notifications: On or about February 19, 2019, the Administrator will select three (3) potential Grand Prize winners, five (5) First Prize winners and five (5) Second Prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend on the total number of eligible Entries received. Potential winners will be notified by DM to his or her Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account, as applicable based on the winner’s method of entry, and will be required to respond within three (3) business days of date of its issuance. In the event a response to any given DM is not received within three (3) business days of date of its issuance or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. In the event a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize.

In the event of a dispute regarding Entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail address, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The “authorized subscriber” is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual (and void his/her Entry) it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or website, intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant, Sponsor, or any of its representatives or to otherwise be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

6. Requirements of Potential Winners: Potential Grand Prize winner will, and potential First and Second Prize winners may be required to complete and return [1] an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit/Release”) and [2] an IRS Form W-9 and furnish his/her social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law within five (5) days of being notified. If a potential winner fails to sign and return the required documentation within the required time period, he/she will be disqualified, and an alternate entrant may be selected for the applicable prize in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received.

7. Prizes: The prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) will be as follows:

Grand Prizes – Three (3) potential winners will each receive one (1) Boost Mobile Samsung Galaxy S9 (Model SPHG960UABB) (ARV: $699.00) in a color determined by Sponsor and a $50.00 Boost Mobile Gift Card (certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer apply). Mobile device service will be locked for 12 months from date of Boost Mobile activation. Total Grand Prize ARV: $749.00 each. The total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $2,247.00.

First Prizes – Five (5) potential winners will each receive one Boost Mobile Moto e5 Plus (ARV: $179.99) in a color determined by Sponsor and a $50.00 Boost Mobile Gift Card (certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer apply). Mobile device service will be locked for 12 months from date of Boost Mobile activation. Total First Prize ARV: $229.99 each. The total ARV of all First Prizes is $1,149.95.

Second Prizes – Five (5) potential winners will each receive one Boost Mobile LG K30 (Model LGX410PMABB) (ARV: $149.99) in a color determined by Sponsor and a $50.00 Boost Mobile Gift Card (certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer apply). Mobile device service will be locked for 12 months from date of Boost Mobile activation. Total Second Prize ARV: $199.99 each. The total ARV of all Second Prizes is $999.95.

The total ARV of all prizes is $4,396.90.

Gift Cards are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by Sponsor. No substitution, assignment, cash equivalent or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all other fees and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded, including any and all mobile device service and insurance.

8. Privacy and Publicity: All information submitted by entrants in the Sweepstakes will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which may be amended from time to time, available at https://www5.boostmobile.com/#!/about/legal/privacy-policy/. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so.

9. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) award the prizes at random from among all eligible Entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Warranties and Consents: By completing and submitting an Entry, you: (a) represent and warrant that (i) you have read, and agree to be bound by, these Official Rules, and (ii) based on the Official Rules, you are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes; (b) consent to the use of your name and/or likeness and your Entry by the Sponsor for promotional purposes (whether online, in print or through any other media now known or hereafter developed), without additional compensation or authorization unless prohibited by law; and (c) agree to be bound by the interpretations of these Official Rules by the Sponsor which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, Facebook, Inc., Twitter, Instagram, their respective parent(s), officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an entrant from submitting an Entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable mail, DM or e-mail communications; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; or (f) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY COMPUTERIZED SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGE FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

13. Sweepstakes Results: To receive the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: “Boost Mobile Love Notes Sweepstakes” - Winners, P.O. Box 295, Gainesville, VA 20156, for receipt no later than April 30, 2019. VT residents omit return postage on rules requests.

14. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Sponsor will make posts which offer entry into each Promotion (a “Promotional Post”) on the applicable social media platforms, in accordance with the schedule above. Each Promotional Post will also provide any additional entry instructions for that Promotion. Each Promotion is subject to both the per-Promotion information in Sponsor’s applicable Promotional Post and these Official Rules, provided that in the event of any conflict between such Promotional Post and these Official Rules, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail. 3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in a Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, the per-Promotion terms set by Sponsor in the applicable Promotional Post, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Any entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion if he/she fails to comply with any of the terms of these Official Rules or the per-Promotion terms set by Sponsor in the applicable Promotional Post.

4. TO ENTER: When a Promotion is offered, you will see a Promotional Post offering entry into the Promotion, subject to your own Facebook/Instagram/Twitter settings and the frequency with which you check your Facebook/Instagram/Twitter news feed and/or Sponsor’s Facebook/Instagram/Twitter pages. To enter, answer the question posed in the Promotional Post: [a] on Facebook, by “liking” the Promotional Post and adding your answer as a comment to the Promotional Post; and/or [b] on Instagram, by following @boostmobile, “liking” the Promotional Post, and adding your answer as a comment to the Promotional Post, and/or [c] on Twitter by following @boostmobile, retweeting the Promotional Post, and including your answer as a comment on your retweet or as a reply to the Promotional Post (where such comment or reply must also include the text @boostmobile and either of the following hashtags: #SwitchmasGiveaway or #SwitchmasGiveaways). Entries must be completed prior to the deadline listed above in Section 1 for the applicable Promotion. Further, note that your entry will not be considered successfully submitted if your Facebook/Instagram/Twitter account settings prevent Sponsor from seeing your entry (i.e. your comment/tweet should be set to “public” or a similar setting that will allow Sponsor to see your entry). Instagram and Twitter entrants must remain followers of @boostmobile on the applicable platform through the time of prize award. See Section 5 below for additional requirements for your entry. Entries and other submitted material become the property of Sponsor (subject only to terms imposed by Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter as applicable) and will not be acknowledged or returned. Do NOT include any of the following in your comment to the Promotional Post: (a) brand names, brand images, or brand logos (besides Boost Mobile) (b) your email address or phone number; (c) any website address; (d) executable programming of any kind, including without limitation, viruses, worms, spyware, etc.; or (e) encrypted content of any kind. Should Sponsor determine that an entry is in violation of these Official Rules or any other applicable terms, Sponsor reserves the right to seek have the entry removed from the applicable social media platform, to disqualify the associated participant, and/or to take other actions it deems necessary, all in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Limit (1) entry per person and per Facebook/Instagram/Twitter account, per Promotional Post. Entries will not be judged; see Section 6 for information on random winner selection. All entries for each Promotion must be received prior to the deadline given in the applicable Promotional Post. Entries submitted in excess of stated limits will be void. Use of any automated system to enter as determined by Sponsor in its sole judgment is prohibited and will result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated maximum number of entries by using multiple/different Facebook/Instagram/Twitter accounts, identities, registrations, or logins, or through any other methods, may void all of that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Sponsor is under no obligation to correspond about entries, nor is Sponsor required to acknowledge its receipt of entries. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant associated with any entry, the authorized account holder of the Facebook/Instagram/Twitter account associated with the entry, at time of submission, will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to the account by the applicable social media platform. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the person who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. You further understand that by participating in a Promotion via mobile phone, if you are a potential winner, the Sponsor may contact you via mobile phone, which will be subject to the charges pursuant to your wireless service provider’s rate plan. Please consult your wireless service provider for more information. Entrants are solely responsible for any related equipment, application, and internet access charges, if any. In addition to compliance with these Official Rules, all participation must also comply with the terms of service at https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms, https://www.instagram.com/about/legal/terms, or https://www.twitter.com/en/tos as applicable). Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter account. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing if you change your Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter account.

5. ADDITIONAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Any elements that appear in an entry including, without limitation, brand names, logos, images, must be either: (a) entirely original, created by the entrant; (b) property of the Sponsor (the “Provided Materials”); or (c) in the public domain. Sponsor grants to entrants a limited revocable, non-sub-licensable, license to use the Provided Materials for the sole purpose of creating an entry, if an entrant chooses to do so. Use of Provided Materials is not required for entry, nor will it affect an entrant’s chances of winning. In addition, entrant recognizes that all of the right, title, and interest in the Provided Materials as well as all derivative works created using the Provided Materials (including an entry) shall vest exclusively in Sponsor, and entrant will not have or take any action that might harm or adversely affect such rights. No right, title, or interest in and to the Provided Materials except for the limited license granted to entrant in these Official Rules is transferred or created.

Use of any prohibited elements in an entry may result in disqualification of the applicable entry, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entrants must not engage in any violent, dangerous, or illegal behavior in creating an entry. Entries must not violate or encourage the violation of any law, rule or regulation. Entries must not contain inappropriate content, including but not limited to vulgarity, obscenity, lewd, pornographic or violent material, or materials which promote hate or violence. Entries must not defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or its products, or other people, products or companies. Entries must not defame or invade the privacy or publicity rights of any person (including, but not limited to, celebrities or celebrity look-alikes), living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon a person's personal or proprietary rights. Entries that do not include all required information and do not adhere to the foregoing and following requirements or are deemed to be immoral, obscene, profane or not in keeping with Sponsor's image (all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will be considered void.

By participating in a Promotion, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the creator of your entry; (b) your entry is wholly original (apart from the Provided Materials or any allowable public domain elements); (c) your entry does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party; (d) your entry has not previously been entered in any other promotion; and (e) you own all rights to your entry (including, without limitation, the copyrights contained therein, and excluding any allowable public domain or Sponsor-owned elements).

By participating in a Promotion, if you include a photo as part of your participation, you further represent and warrant that: (a) you have obtained written permission from each person whose image or likeness is included in the photo (and if such person is under the age of 18 or has not yet reached the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, you have also obtained written permission from that person’s parent or legal guardian); (b) if you are not the person who took the applicable photo, you have obtained written permission from the person who took the applicable photo and such person(s) have granted all necessary rights to use the applicable photo; (c) you can and will give written copies of such permissions to the Sponsor upon request; and (d) you understand that such documents may be required in order to be deemed a winner. Failure to provide said proof may result in disqualification of the entry from the applicable Promotion. Sponsor's determination as to whether any entry potentially violates the rights of any third party is final. Submitting an entry that is copyrighted by another individual will make you responsible for any legal action the legal copyright holder might take against you.

By participating in a Promotion, you grant the Sponsor and its affiliated companies the unconditional (subject only to any applicable rights of Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter) and perpetual right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, edit, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use the entry or part thereof (with or without using your name) in any media throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, or approval from you or any other party. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor reserves the right to post an online gallery of entries selected in its sole discretion, or to re-post on Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter any entries selected in its sole discretion. Should Sponsor edit your entry for purposes of re-use, you are not relieved from responsibility for compliance with these Official Rules. You agree that, upon request by the Sponsor, you will sign a copyright assignment. By participating, you further agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against the Released Parties (as defined below in Section 8), or any other person or entity, on the grounds that any use of the entry, or any derivative works, infringes any of your rights, including, without limitation, copyrights and moral rights. You further acknowledge that, unless specified otherwise herein, the Sponsor is in no way obligated to broadcast, publish or use your entry in any way. Nothing herein shall constitute an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and the Sponsor. In no way are you to be construed as the agent or to be acting as the agent of the Sponsor.

Further, by participating, each entrant: (a) agrees to waive any claim for reimbursement for any equipment or materials necessary to submit an entry regardless of whether or not any particular entry is selected for any prize; (b) acknowledges that the material that will be submitted as part of the Promotions may embody materials, suggestions, or ideas similar to those which have been developed by others or by the Released Parties (as defined below in Section 8) and hereby acknowledges that any similarity is purely coincidental and unavoidable in light of the volume of ideas that the Released Parties routinely use and consider in the course of each of their business activities, and understands that he/she will not be entitled to any compensation because of use by the Released Parties of any materials similar to those in an entrant’s entry; (c) hereby waives any right to any claim or liability with respect to the Released Parties’ use of similar materials; and (d) understands that submitting any element that is copyrighted by another individual will result in the applicable entrant being responsible for any legal action the legal copyright holder might take against the Released Parties.

Note that a $50 Re-Boost card can be used to purchase one month of Boost service for one phone. Any prize details not specified will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. See Section 7 below for additional prize restrictions and winner notification details. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Promotion (on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter combined). Eligible entries received for a particular Promotion will NOT be carried forward into any subsequent Promotion(s). Limit one (1) prize per person/household, for the duration Promotions 1 through 4.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The names of potential winners and/or their social media names and/or “handles” may be announced online prior to verification, however any such announcement is not a guarantee of eligibility. Potential winners will be notified via direct or private message on the applicable social media platform, or via a winner notification comment on the applicable Promotional Post where Sponsor will mention or tag the potential winner in the comment. The message or comment will instruct the potential winner to send a private message to the Sponsor along with the potential winner’s full name, email address, and telephone number, within three (3) full business days (measured in the local time zone) after the time that the comment/message was posted/sent. It is recommended that entrants confirm that their Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter notification settings are turned on, such that they would be notified in a timely fashion of Sponsor’s attempt to contact them in this manner. Potential winner must reply as instructed to identify him/herself, confirm his/her eligibility and ability to accept the prize, and provide his/her requested contact information within such three (3) full business day period, or he/she will be disqualified. A potential winner may subsequently be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, a copyright assignment, and (where legal) a publicity release, and any other releases or documentation deemed necessary for Sponsor’s intended use of the winning entry, which must be returned within the time period specified by Sponsor at the time of such request. Potential winners who stand to receive prizes valued at $600 or more will also be required to return a properly completed IRS W-9 form within the time period specified by Sponsor, and such winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 issued in their name for the actual value of prizes received. If any prize remains unclaimed after three (3) potential winners have been notified for that prize, the prize may remain unawarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for any incorrect or missing contact information associated with an entry, or any change of such contact information after entry submission. Any prize details and restrictions not specified will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No prize transfer. Unless otherwise specified herein, no prize substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion due to unavailability, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded. All other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the winners. Sponsor will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen prizes. All taxes (including without limitation Federal, state and local taxes) in connection with a prize, and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. Sponsor makes no representations regarding the tax liability associated with any prize, and winner is advised to seek counsel regarding any tax liabilities associated with their prize. Unless otherwise indicated herein or in any applicable manufacturer’s warranty information, all prizes are awarded as-is and without warranty of any kind, implied or express. Any difference between the approximate value and actual value of a prize (or any substitution prize) will not be awarded. Winners should expect to receive their prizes within approximately 2 to 4 weeks following winner verification. Prizes will only be shipped to an address within the Eligibility Area.

8. INDEMNITY: By participating, each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Released Parties due to or arising out of his/her entry, or his/her conduct in creating an entry or otherwise in connection with his/her participation in a Promotion, including but not limited to: claims for trademark infringement; copyright infringement; violation of an individual’s right of publicity or right of privacy; or defamation.

GENERAL: Released Parties and Internet/wireless access providers are not responsible for: (a) incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, or illegible entries; (b) any technical malfunction, human error, typographical error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or line failure in connection with any telephone/cellular network, data network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof; (c) inaccessibility of any website in whole or in part for any reason or (d) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer, mobile device or other equipment related to or resulting from participation in a Promotion. Entries are void if unreadable, inaccurate, incomplete, mutilated, tampered with, forged, mechanically reproduced, irregular in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. If, for any reason, a Promotion (or portion thereof) is not capable of running as planned by reason of damage by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical limitations or failures, by reason of any acts of God, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, strikes or legal disputes (whether legal or illegal), industry conditions, bankruptcy or liquidation, marketplace demands, applicable law, unforeseen obstacles or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, could corrupt, compromise, undermine or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, viability or proper conduct of a Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to either: (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; (b) award the prize(s) for the affected Promotion from among the applicable eligible entries received for such affected Promotion up to the time of the impairment; or (c) proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry must be made by the entrant and via the means described in these Official Rules only.

11. CONDUCT: By participating in a Promotion, entrants: (a) fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor (which decisions shall be final and binding in all respects), including without limitation decisions regarding eligibility, winners and the interpretation of terms used in these Official Rules; (b) represent and warrant that all information provided by entrant in connection with a Promotion is true, accurate and complete; and (c) agree to comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. 12. PUBLICITY: By participating, you grant to Sponsor and its affiliated companies the right, except where prohibited by law, to use your name, likeness, picture, address (city and state), voice, biographical information, entry and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes in promoting or publicizing Sponsor, its affiliated companies, and the products or services of each, in any and all media without limitation as to time or territory, without compensation unless required by law. You shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based on invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of any use, blurring, alteration, or use in composite form of your name, picture, likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, or entry.

13. DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, by participating in a Promotion you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, a Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state and federal courts with jurisdiction over Somerset County, New Jersey; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering a Promotion (if any) but in no event attorneys’ fees; (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (d) your remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and you irrevocably waive any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. SEVERABILITY/HEADINGS: If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be void or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Headings and captions are used in these Official Rules solely for convenience of reference, and shall not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Official Rules or any provision hereof.

15. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering a Promotion, entrants agree and consent to Sponsor’s collection, use and retention of their personal information provided in their entries for all purposes related to a Promotion (including, without limitation, processing and administering entries, sharing an entrant’s personal information with Sponsor’s service providers, contractors, prizing partners, etc. as necessary to conduct and operate the Promotions, communicating with and awarding prizes to winners, and making public announcements about winners), as well as in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy currently published at https://www5.boostmobile.com/?INTNAV=BotNav:Legal:Privacy#!/about/legal/privacy-policy/. Please review Sponsor’s Privacy Policy before submitting your entry. If you object to the above or anything stated in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, you should not enter any of the Promotions.

WHO WON?: For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by February 28, 2019 to: Boost Mobile Switchmas Giveaway Winners, PMI Station, PO Box 750, Southbury, CT 06488-0750. Winners may also be announced on the Sponsor’s website and/or social media accounts, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The Boost Mobile ComplexCon Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins at 9:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 26, 2018 and ends at 12:00:00 PM PT on October 31, 2018 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion contains a game of chance (“Sweepstakes”). The computer clock of the Sponsor (defined below) is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, associated with or certified by Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”) or Instagram (“Instagram”). Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Sponsor at the address listed below and not to Facebook or Instagram. a) FACEBOOK: During the Promotion Period, the Sponsor will post on Facebook (“Facebook Post”) on Boost Mobile’s Facebook Page, located at: https://www.facebook.com/boostmobile. To enter via Facebook, (1) log in to your Facebook account during the Promotion Period, (2) comment on the Facebook Post within the comment section of the post. Within your comment, tag one friend and state the reason you want to attend the event. Your comment must include “#BoostxComplex” and “Sweepstakes” (“Official Promotion Hashtag”) hashtag to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”). The comment within the sponsor’s post will be considered your “Entry”.

b) INSTAGRAM: During the Promotion Period, the Sponsor will post on Instagram with the (“Official Promotion Hashtags”) on Boost Mobile’s Instagram Page located at https://www.instagram.com/boostmobile. To enter via Instagram, (1) log in to your Instagram account during the Promotion Period, and (2) comment on Boost Mobile’s post about the Promotion using the Official Promotion Hashtag (listed above.) Within your comment, tag one friend and state the reason you want to attend the event to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”). The comment within the sponsor’s post will be considered your “Entry”.

The steps listed above for Facebook or Instagram must be completed for your Entry to be valid. Limit of up to one (1) Sweepstakes Entry, per person, per Facebook or Instagram account, per day throughout the Promotion Period.

3. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: On or about October 31, 2018, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Entries received within the Promotion Period and select One (1) Grand Prize winner. Odds of winning a Promotion prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone within one (1) business day of winner selection or as soon as reasonably practiceable. Potential winners will have twenty-four (24) hours to respond to winning notification before forfeiting their prize. Potential winner becomes the “Winner” only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor. If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining entries for that drawing.

GENERAL: Each winner hereby expressly grants to the Promotion Parties and their respective designees all rights to use and publish his/her name, likeness (photographic or simulated), voice, and province of residence for all purposes, including without limitation, advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion (“Advertising”), in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without any form of notice or any amount or kind of compensation or permission, except where prohibited by applicable law. All copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights in such Advertising shall be owned by Sponsor and/or its licensors, and each winning participant hereby disclaims and waives any claim of right to such Advertising. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in Rule #5. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged or garbled registrations, Entries, URLs, or emails; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (c) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries or registrations at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, cable, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (e) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Web Site or any combination thereof or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of Entries, social networking posts, or registrations, the announcement of the prizes, or in any other Promotion-related materials; or (f) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion. 11. BOOST MOBILE GRAD PHOTO SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The BOOST MOBILE GRAD PHOTO SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00am PST on 06/10/2018 and ends at 11:59pm PST on 06/15/2018 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes only open to residents of the 50 U.S. States or D.C., who have reached the age of 18. Employees of Sponsor, Schiefer Chopshop, participating sponsors, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, fulfillment and advertising and promotion agencies (“Sweepstakes Entities”), their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and those living in the same household of each such individual, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

METHOD OF ENTRY: There is (1) method of entry for this Sweepstakes. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Entrants may enter through the Instagram app, as detailed below.

Instagram App Entry: To enter via this method, entrants must complete both of the following actions to earn one entry into the Sweepstakes:

1. Upload a graduation photo from the 2018 calendar year onto their Instagram account (which must be set to “public”) and tag @boostmobile in the caption of the photo.

2. Tag a friend in the comments section of the Official Sweepstakes Post (published on 06/10/2018) on @boostmobile’s Instagram profile.

Entrants must enter through Instagram, using their own personal Instagram handle and the account must be public. If you do not have an Instagram account, you may sign up for a free account at www.instagram.com. By submitting your information and creating an Instagram account, you will be required to agree to the Instagram terms of service and privacy policy. If you do not agree to Instagram’s terms of service and privacy policy, you cannot create an Instagram account or participate in this Sweepstakes.

LIMITS: There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or social media account. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Each Potential Winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.

ENTRANT DATA AND PRIVACY: Submission of the Entry including any prize notification documents (“Entrant Data”) constitutes your consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address, and other details for Sweepstakes administration purposes. Any Entrant Data shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by Entrants at the time of entry, with these Official Rules, and with Sponsor’s Online Privacy Policy, which can be found on the website. In connection with the Entry, Sponsor will be collecting personal data about the Entrants in accordance with the Boost Mobile Privacy Policy. This may include an Entrant’s consent to the use of his/her name, biographical information, including city and state of residence, for promotional purposes by Sponsor and its designees, including but not limited to the posting of Winner’s name on the Sponsor website or in a Winners List, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law (“Promotions”). By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information, and acknowledge that the Boost Mobile Privacy Policy has been read and accepted.

All copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights in such Promotions shall be owned by Sponsor or its licensors, and Winners hereby disclaim and waive any claim of right to such Promotions. Such Promotions shall be solely under control of Sponsor, Administrator, or their licensors, and Winners hereby waive any claim of control over the Promotions’ content, as well as any possible claims of misuse of Winners’ name under contract, tort, or any other theory of law.

4. PRIZE, WINNER SELECTION, AND ODDS OF WINNING:

WINNER SELECTION: Ten (10) Grand Prize winners will be selected at the end of the Entry Period. The winners will be chosen AT RANDOM and selected within 72 hours of the end of the Entry Period (the “Sweepstakes Winner Selection”). The Grand Prize winners will be announced and notified on 06/22/18 via Instagram Direct Message. He/she will have 48 hours from the time of initial contact by Sponsor to claim the prize; if prize is not claimed within the 48 hour period, a new winner will be selected.

PRIZE DETAILS: Total of ten (10) Grand Prizes. Total ARV of one (1) Grand Prize is $129.99 USD.

THE GRAND PRIZE: Each Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Moto G6 Play phone (the “Grand Prize”). Approximate retail value of one (1) Grand Prize is $129.99 USD. Wireless Service is NOT INCLUDED with Prize, and any and all fees and costs associated with the activation and use of wireless service on the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

PRIZE AWARDING: All Prizes will be awarded, provided more than enough Entries have been received. Prize awarded is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Prize Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and where legal, a publicity release (collectively, the “Affidavit”), and return same, properly executed, within seven (7) days of issuance of notification. If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or if a Potential Winner cannot be contacted after a reasonable number of attempts, is ineligible according to these Official Rules, fails to provide the required information and/or return the required documents within the specified time period, decides to decline his/her prize for any reason whatsoever, or otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit his/her prize and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible Entries received, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Upon disqualification, no compensation will be given. Once the Affidavit is received within the specified time period, is verified, and receives final approval by Sweepstakes Entities, then and only then will a Potential Winner become an actual Winner. Prize will be awarded in the name of the Winner. Decisions of the Sponsor are final in all respects of the Sweepstakes.

PRIZES WILL BE ACCEPTED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize manufacturer that may be sent along with a prize. The Winner will not be obligated to purchase any other Sponsor products or services. Entrants indemnify, release, and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, death and bodily injury, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any element of any prize resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor has not arranged for nor carries any insurance of any kind for the benefit of Entrant or that of Entrant’s heirs, executors, and administrators relative to Entrant’s use of the prize awarded to Entrant; and that Entrant is solely responsible for obtaining and paying for any insurance relative to the prize awarded to Entrant.

No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Entrant further understands and agrees that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. Entrant acknowledges that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.” The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims.

5. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error in these rules or any promotional materials, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected Entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if any difficulties compromise the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to void any Entries at issue and/or to suspend, modify or cancel, or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an Entry, Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address or Facebook account used to submit the Entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. In the event of time of war, national emergency, accident, dangerous weather conditions, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, or other matters beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Sweepstakes. Notice of such action will be posted on a Boost Mobile Instagram post. Caution: Any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes is conducted in English. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules, or the rights and obligations of any Entrant or the Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application or the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California. Any action or litigation concerning this Agreement shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Orange County, California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. You agree to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of California.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY.

In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Affidavit is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. When terms such as "may" are used in these Official Rules, Sponsor has sole and absolute discretion. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy, or terms of use on Sponsor’s Website and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control, and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

Employees, officers and directors of Sprint Communications Company LP (“Sponsor”), One Trick Pony LLC, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges and Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in any state not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION: The Sponsor will post (an “Official Promotion Tweet“) each day during the Promotion Period on their Twitter account, @BoostMobile. To enter, using the Twitter application, first ��follow” @BoostMobile then retweet an Official Promotion Tweet. Participants that retweet and post an Official Promotion Tweet will receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”), per valid retweet and post. You must have your Twitter account made public for your entry to be valid. Your Entry must adhere to the “Requirements of Entries” listed below. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person, per Twitter account, per day, throughout the Promotion Period.

REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES VIA TWITTER: Entries via Twitter may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:

Is sexually explicit; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;

Promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;

Is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group;

Appears to duplicate any other submitted contest entries;

Defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;

Contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, without permission;

Contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;

Contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission;

Contains any individual other than the you and/or any materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without providing legal releases for such use in a form satisfactory to Sponsor;

Contains look-alikes of celebrities or other public or private figures, living or dead;

Communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which Sponsor wishes to associate; and/or

Violates any law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: On or about March 28, 2018, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period to select five (5) Promotion Prize winners. Odds of winning a Promotion prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Promotion Participants should have enabled direct messaging on their Twitter account. Potential winners will be notified via direct message on their Twitter account from the Sponsor. If the user does not have direct messaging enabled through their Twitter account, the potential winners will receive prize notification via a comment on their submitted Twitter post from the Sponsor with a call to action to email the Sponsor based on the email address provided in the comment on Twitter. The user will be required to send the Sponsor their contact information consisting of, but not limited to, the following: Full Name, Mailing Address and Phone Number. Potential winners will have three (3) days to respond to winning notification before forfeiting their prize. Any winner of a prize package valued at $600 or more will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release via email. All forms must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to Administrator within three (3) days of date of issuance. Potential winner becomes the “Winner” only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor. If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining entries for that drawing.

5. PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Five (5) Promotion Prizes will be awarded during the Promotion as detailed below:

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) Promotion Prize per person/per household. All Promotion prizes will be fulfilled approximately two (2) to three (3) weeks after the Promotion has ended. Promotion Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered prizes. If any winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

6. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, fully paid-up and royalty-free, transferable, unconditional, worldwide license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate your Entry, including without limitation the right to distribute all or part of your Entry in any media formats through any media channels, including but not limited to online and social media. By submitting an Entry, you consent to the use, by Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, and licensees, of your name, likeness, and image, in connection with the Event and Sponsor’s related marketing activities, in any media or format now known or hereafter invented, in any and all locations, without any payment to or further approval from you. You agree that this consent is perpetual and cannot be revoked. For uses beyond the consent that you grant above, you agree that Sponsor’s use of your personal data will be governed by the Privacy Policy posted on the Sponsor’s website.

7. GENERAL: Each winner hereby expressly grants to the Promotion Parties and their respective designees all rights to use and publish his/her name, likeness (photographic or simulated), voice, and province of residence for all purposes, including without limitation, advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion (“Advertising”), in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without any form of notice or any amount or kind of compensation or permission, except where prohibited by applicable law. All copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights in such Advertising shall be owned by Sponsor and/or its licensors, and each winning participant hereby disclaims and waives any claim of right to such Advertising. Such Advertising shall be solely under the control of Sponsor and/or its licensors, and each winner hereby waives any claim of control over the Advertising content as well as any possible claims of misuse of such winning recipient’s name, likeness or voice under contract, tort or any other theory of law. The Promotion Parties do not assume any responsibility for any disruption in the Promotion Parties, including but not limited to the failure or interruption of Twitter or any internet service provider. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in Rule #5. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All decisions as to these Official Rules and interpretations thereof are exclusively within the sole discretion of the Promotion Parties and may be changed from time to time without notice. The Promotion Parties reserve the right to cancel or modify the Promotion at any time without notice. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Entry. If, in Sponsor’s sole determination, a dispute cannot be resolved, the Entry will be deemed ineligible. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.

8. CONDUCT: By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promotion Parties, which shall be final, binding and non-appealable in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged or garbled registrations, Entries, URLs, or emails; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (c) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries or registrations at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, cable, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (e) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Web Site or any combination thereof or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of Entries, social networking posts, or registrations, the announcement of the prizes, or in any other Promotion-related materials; or (f) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then the Promotion Parties reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. If terminated, the Promotion Parties will award the prizes from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received for the Promotion up to the time of such action.

10. RELEASES: All participants, as a condition of participation in this Promotion, agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify Twitter and the Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with (i) participation in any aspect of the Promotion, (ii) the receipt, ownership or use of the prize awarded, including any travel associated with any prize, (iii) participant’s registration material on any related website, or (iv) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules.

11. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or winners, Sponsor, and administrator in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of of Kansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the state of of Kansas or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of of Kansas. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the state of of Kansas. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.

12. PRIVACY: Except as noted in these Official Rules, information collected for this Promotion is used only for the purpose of Promotion administration and winner notification and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by the Promotion Parties or any third parties unless you have elected to receive additional information or promotional material from the Sponsor, or a third party. By participating in the Promotion, participant agrees to all of the terms and conditions of the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at www.sprint.com/privacy. In the event of any discrepancy between the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control and govern.

13. TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Boost Mobile Taxes and Fees Scavenger Hunt Contest ("Promotion") begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 2:59:59 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 22, 2017 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion contains a contest of skill (“Contest”). The computer clock of Sponsor is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, associated with or certified by Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”) or Twitter, Inc. (“Twitter”). Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Sponsor at the address listed below and not to Facebook or Twitter. 1. Phase 3 - Winner Selection: The Grand Prize Winner for each of the Entry Periods will be selected on September 22, 2017 at the conclusion of the Judging Period.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Participants may choose to enter the Promotion during either of the Entry Periods at the locations featured in the chart above. For all Entry Periods, participants will need to complete the Boost Mobile Taxes and Fees Scavenger Hunt (“Scavenger Hunt”) administered by the Sponsor. Steps for participation in the Scavenger Hunt are outlined are below:

• STEP 1: Participants will need to locate the Scavenger Hunt instructions at Boost Mobile’s Twitter Page (https://twitter.com/boostmobile) or Boost Mobile’s Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/boostmobile) (the "Websites") during the Contest Entry Period. The Sponsor will be posting Scavenger Hunt clues (“Clues”) on the Websites throughout Contest Entry Period. Participants will need to use the provided Clues to uncover five (5) specific locations (“Scavenger Hunt Locations”) in the Entry location city (as detailed above).

• STEP 2: Participants will be required to visit each Scavenger Hunt Location and take picture of themselves (a “Selfie”) at the location. Information regarding Selfie criteria is detailed below in Section #4, Judging.

• STEP 3: Once participants have visited all five (5) of the Scavenger Hunt Locations and have taken five (5) Selfies, they will be required to post all of their Selfies on Facebook or Twitter during the Contest Entry Period. For the caption of each posted Selfie, participants can enter any appropriate descriptive text, but will need to include the “#FlipOffTaxesSweepstakes” hashtag (“Official Promotion Hashtag”) (collectively the posted photos and associated text or other materials are your “Entry”). In order for their Entry to be valid, Participants must have their Facebook or Twitter accounts made public and all posts must be in compliance with the “Photo Requirements of Contest Entries” listed below.

• STEP 4: After all five (5) Selfies have been posted on Facebook or Twitter with the Official Promotion Hashtag, Participants will need to arrive at the location where judging will take place for the corresponding Entry Period (as detailed in the chart above) before the end of the Entry Period. Participants will need to sign in with the available Promotion representatives. Only participants that arrive before the end of the Entry Period will receive an entry in the Contest and be reviewed for judging.

By submitting an Entry, you hereby grant permission for content from your Entry to be posted on the Sponsor’s website. You agree that Promotion Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties. Promotion Parties do not guarantee the posting of any Entry. You agree that you will not use the Entry for any other purpose, including, without limitation, posting the Entry to any online social networks (other than for entry into this Promotion), without the express consent of Sponsor in each instance.

By submitting an Entry, you represent and warrant that the work submitted is original to you and that neither it nor its contents infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party. If your Entry includes likenesses of third parties (such as, but not limited to makeup artist or subject) or contains elements not owned by you, (such as, but not limited to, company logos) you must be able to provide legal releases for such use in a form satisfactory to Sponsor or your Entry will be disqualified. Entries may not defame or invade the publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or proprietary rights. By submitting an Entry, you warrant and represent that you consent to the submission and use of the Entry in the Contest and to its use as otherwise set forth herein. By submitting an Entry, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may receive other Entries under this Promotion that may be similar or identical to the Entry submitted by you, and you waive any and all claims you may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future, that any other Entry reviewed and/or used by Sponsor may be similar to your Entry and you understand that you will not be entitled to any compensation because of Sponsor’s use of such other similar or identical material.

4. JUDGING: The Judging Period for Each Entry Period will begin and end at the specified times detailed within the chart above. Participants must be present at the Boost Mobile retail location during the Judging Period to be eligible. The judging panel, selected by the Sponsor, will review all Entries (includes all Selfies at the five (5) Scavenger Hunt Locations) in person with the Participant. Judging to select the potential Contest Grand Prize winner for Each Entry Period will be based on the following criteria: • Arrival Time at the Boost Mobile retail location (90%) • Inclusion of the Participants entire face and a recognizable view (as determined by the Sponsor) of the landmark at the Scavenger Hunt Location within each Selfie (10%)

Entries that do not contain all required entry information, or are considered inappropriate for any reason are not eligible. The first Participant at each participating Boost Mobile location with approved Selfies and the criteria as listed above by the approved judging panel will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner for the corresponding Entry Period. In the event of a tie, a judge, selected by the Sponsor, will administer a “tie-breaker” via a random drawing from all tied Entries. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Potential Contest Grand Prize winners will be notified at the corresponding the Boost Mobile retail locations after the conclusion of the Judging Period. Any winner of a prize package valued at $600 or more will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release via email. All forms must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to Administrator within ten (10) business days of date of issuance. Prizes will be awarded only upon winner redemption, confirmation, verification and final approval by Sponsor. No substitution, transfer of any prize is permitted. Potential winner becomes the “Winner” only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor. All prizes will be fulfilled in approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks after the Promotion has ended.

6. PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: A total of three (3) Promotion Prizes will be awarded during the Promotion, one (1) per Entry Period, as detailed below:

CONTEST GRAND PRIZES (3): Three (3) Contest Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Contest Grand Prize winner will receive:

One (1) check in the amount of $5,000.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Contest Grand Prize is $5,000

The ARV of all Promotion Prizes is $15,000

7. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) Promotion Prize per person. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Promotion Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered prizes. Prize will only be awarded by Sponsor upon potential winners’ verification of eligibility and final approval by Sponsor. No prize substitution, cash equivalent of prizes, transfer or assignment of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor which reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. If any winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

8. The Flip Off Taxes Scavenger Hunt Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 22, 2017 and ends at 4:59:59 PM ET on September 22, 2017 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion contains a game of chance (“Sweepstakes”). The computer clock of the Sponsor (defined below) is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion.

1. HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION: There are two (2) methods of entry which are outlined below: a) FACEBOOK: During the Promotion Period, the Sponsor will host a Facebook Live video (“Live Video”) on Boost Mobile’s Facebook Page, located at: https://www.facebook.com/boostmobile. To enter via Facebook, (1) log in to your Facebook account during the Promotion Period, (2) like the Live Video post and (3) comment on the Live Video within the comment section of the post. Within your caption you must include the “#FlipOffTaxesSweepstakes” (“Official Promotion Hashtag”) hashtag to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”). The comment within the sponsor’s post will be considered your “Entry”. b) TWITTER: During the Promotion Period, the Sponsor will post a tweet on Twitter with the (“Official Promotion Hashtags”) on Boost Mobile’s Twitter Page located at https://twitter.com/boostmobile. To enter via Twitter, (1) log in to your Twitter account during the Promotion Period, and (2) retweet Boost Mobile’s tweet about the Promotion using the Official Promotion Hashtag (listed above) to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”). Your re-post of Boost Mobile’s original tweet and the Official Promotion Hashtag will collectively be considered your “Entry”.

The steps listed above for Facebook or Twitter must be completed for your Entry to be valid. Limit of up to one (1) Sweepstakes Entry, per person, per Facebook or Twitter account, throughout the Promotion Period.

3. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: On or about September 25, 2017, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received within the Promotion Period and will select Nine (9) potential Sweepstakes Prize winners. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Promotino Period.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential prize Sweepstakes Prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone within three (3) business days of winner selection or as soon as reasonably practiceable. Potential winners will have ten (10) days to respond to winning notification before forfeiting their prize. Any winner of a prize package valued at $600 or more will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and W9 Form via email. All forms must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to Administrator within ten (10) days of date of issuance. Potential winner becomes the “Winner” only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor. If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining entries for that drawing.

5. PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Nine (9) Sweepstakes Prizes will be awarded during the Promotion. Each Sweepstakes Prize consists of:  One (1) Motorola Moto E4

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Sweepstakes Prize is $99.99

The total ARV of all Promotion Prizes is $899.91

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) Promotion Prize per person/per household. All Promotion prizes will be fulfilled approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks after the Promotion has ended. Promotion Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered prizes. Participants that retweet and post an Official Promotion Tweet will receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”), per valid retweet and post. You must have your Twitter account made public for your entry to be valid. Your Entry must adhere to the “Requirements of Entries” listed below. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person, per Twitter account, per day, throughout the Promotion Period.

REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES VIA TWITTER: Entries via Twitter may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:

3. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: On or about September 6, 2017, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period to select three (3) Promotion Prize winners. Odds of winning a Promotion prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Promotion Participants should have enabled direct messaging on their Twitter account. Potential winners will be notified via direct message on their Twitter account from the Sponsor. If the user does not have direct messaging enabled through their Twitter account, the potential winners will receive prize notification via a comment on their submitted Twitter photo from the Sponsor with a call to action to email the Sponsor based on the email address provided in the comment on Twitter. 2. HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION: The Sponsor will post (an “Official Promotion Tweet“) each day during the Promotion Period on their Twitter account, @BoostMobile containing “#BoostMyRefund”. To enter, using the Twitter application, first “follow” @BoostMobile. Then retweet and reply to an Official Promotion Tweet with both “#BoostMyRefund” and “#Sweepstakes” hashtags. Pariticpants that retweet and post an Official Promotion Tweet will receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”), per valid retweet and post. You must have your Twitter account made public for your entry to be valid. Your Entry must adhere to the “Requirements of Entries” listed below. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person, per Twitter account, per day, throughout the Promotion Period.

REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES VIA TWITTER: Entries via Twitter may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:

· Is sexually explicit; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;

· Promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;

· Is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group;

· Appears to duplicate any other submitted contest entries;

· Defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;

· Contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, without permission;

· Contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;

· Contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission;

· Contains any individual other than the you and/or any materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without providing legal releases for such use in a form satisfactory to Sponsor;

· Contains look-alikes of celebrities or other public or private figures, living or dead;

· Communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which Sponsor wishes to associate; and/or

· Violates any law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: On or about April 19, 2017, the Administrator will conduct one (1) electronic random drawing from all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period to select One (1) Grand Prize Winner and Nine (9) Runner Up Prize winners. Odds of winning a Promotion prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Promotion Participants should have enabled direct messaging on their Twitter account. Potential winners will be notified via direct message on their Twitter account from the Sponsor. If the user does not have direct messaging enabled through their Twitter account, the potential winners will receive prize notification via a comment on their submitted Twitter photo from the Sponsor with a call to action to email the Sponsor based on the email address provided in the comment on Twitter. The user will be required to send the Sponsor their contact information consisting of, but not limited to, the following: Full Name, Mailing Address and Phone Number. Potential winners will have three (3) days to respond to winning notification before forfeiting their prize. Any winner of a prize package valued at $600 or more will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release via email. All forms must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to Administrator within three (3) days of date of issuance. Potential winner becomes the “Winner” only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor. If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining entries for that drawing.

6. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: By using the “#BoostMyRefund” and “#Sweepstakes” hashtags to submit an Entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, fully paid-up and royalty-free, transferable, unconditional, worldwide license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate your Entry, including without limitation the right to distribute all or part of your Entry in any media formats through any media channels, including but not limited to online and social media. By submitting an Entry, you consent to the use, by Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, and licensees, of your name, likeness, and image, in connection with the Event and Sponsor’s related marketing activities, in any media or format now known or hereafter invented, in any and all locations, without any payment to or further approval from you. You agree that this consent is perpetual and cannot be revoked. For uses beyond the consent that you grant above, you agree that Sponsor’s use of your personal data will be governed by the Privacy Policy posted on the Sponsor’s website.

7. GENERAL: Each winner hereby expressly grants to the Promotion Parties and their respective designees all rights to use and publish his/her name, likeness (photographic or simulated), voice, and province of residence for all purposes, including without limitation, advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion (“Advertising”), in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without any form of notice or any amount or kind of compensation or permission, except where prohibited by applicable law. To enter, you must first follow @BoostMobile and @SneakerPimps. You will then need to complete your entry during the Promotion Period by re-gramming or re-posting one of the Official Promotion Photos, use any appropriate descriptive text along using the hashtags #BoostXsp and #Sweepstakes, through the Instagram application. The photo must be a re-gram or re-post of an Official Promotion Photo and abide by the “Requirements of Sweepstakes Entries” to be eligible. You must have your Instagram account made public. The re-posted image and caption along with the hashtags are collectivetly your “Entry”. Limit of one (1) Entry per person, per Instagram account per day, throughout the Promotion Period.

By submitting an Entry, You agree that Promotion Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties. By submitting an Entry, you warrant and represent that you consent to the submission and use of the Entry in the Sweepstakes and to its use as otherwise set forth herein.

Winners will need to claim their prize within three (3) days of notification. Official Rules

No Purchase Required to Enter or Win

1. Eligibility: “#SprintPokéStop #BoostPokéStop Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents within the United States who are 14 years of age or older. ANY ENTRANT WHO IS UNDER 18 MUST HAVE PERMISSION OF PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN TO ENTER. Employees of Sprint Communications Company L.P., its affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, successors and assigns, or other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. 4. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on December 19, 2016 at 9:00 am ET and ends on January 8, 2017 at 11:59 pm ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

5. How to Enter: Visit a participating Sprint or Boost store, take a photo inside and share it on your Twitter social network page with the hashtag #SprintPokeStop or #BoostPokeStop along with #Sweepstakes for a chance to win one of the 100s of sweepstakes prizes.

Limit one entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period regardless of method of entry. Any entries attempted through the use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar methods will be void.

6. Drawing: On the drawing date of January 11, 2017, two hundred six potential winners will be randomly selected from the entries collected. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the winners within seven days of the drawing by Twitter handle and/or email provided by the potential winner on the sweepstakes entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours after the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner in his/her place at random from the remaining entries.

7. Requirements of Potential Winners: A potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit/Release”) within 24 hours of being notified. If a potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all entries received.

9. Privacy and Publicity: All information submitted by entrants in the Sweepstakes will be treated according to Sprint’s Privacy Policy, available at www.sprint.com/privacy. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

10. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, and its affiliates and each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, successors, assigns, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Kansas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Kansas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kansas.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Each day throughout the Promotion Period, Boost Mobile will post an image (an “Official Promotion Picture“) to Twitter (@BoostMobile) with the hashtag #Sweepstakes. You will need to complete an entry during the Promotion Period by re-tweeting the Official Promotion Picture for that day, through the Twitter application. The photo must be a re-tweet of an Official Promotion Picture with the hashtags #Sweepstakes to be eligible. You must have your Twitter account made public and must be following Boost Mobile (@BoostMobile) and Thrilla Krew (@ThrillaKrew) to be eligible. Limit of one (1) Entry per person, per Twitter account, per day, throughout the Promotion Period.

3. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: On or about October 24, 2016, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries and select one (1) potential Sweepstakes Prize winner. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize is based on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Promotion Period.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: If the potential Sweepstakes Prize winner has enabled direct messaging on their Twitter account, they will be notified via direct message on their Twitter account from Administrator within three (3) days of the winner selection or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable. If the potential Sweepstakes Prize winner does not have direct messaging enabled through their Twitter account, the potential winner will receive prize notification via a reply on their submitted Twitter photo from the Administrator with a call to action to email the Administrator using the email address provided in the comment on Twitter account. The user will be required to send the administrator their contact information within ten (10) days consisting, but not limited to, the following: Full Name and Full Mailing Address. Official Rules. No Purchase Required to Enter or Win

1. Eligibility: The Boost Mobile #WhereYouAt Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the date of entry and who have a valid Twitter account. Employees of Boost Worldwide, Inc., Trymark Consulting Group, L.L.C., ChopShop Entertainment, Inc., and each of their respective affiliates, and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. If you do not agree to Twitter’s terms of service and privacy policy, you cannot create a Twitter account or participate in this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Entry per person (including multiple Twitter accounts). Entries must be in English and must be publicly tweeted or posted and not submitted through direct messages. Sponsor will not receive Entries from users with “protected” or “private” accounts or posts. Private, protected or @Reply messages not received by Sponsor will not be valid. Entrants are prohibited from setting up multiple Twitter accounts for the purpose of obtaining multiple Entries in the Sweepstakes. You must include the #WhereYouAtSweeps hashtag and tag @boostmobile in your post in order for your Entry to be eligible. Data charges may apply if you are accessing Twitter from your mobile phone to enter this Sweepstakes. Note: If you deactivate your Twitter account at any time prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period, your Entry will be void. The person who submits the Entry will be considered the Entrant (“Entrant”). Submission of erroneous or incomplete information will void the submitted Entry. Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting an Entry, the Entrant consents to being contacted via direct message (“DM”) on Twitter, from the @boostmobile Twitter account, if selected as the potential winner. Should multiple users of the same Twitter account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the Entrant, the authorized account subscriber or authorized account holder of said Twitter account at the time of entry will be considered the Entrant and required to comply with these Official Rules and all requirements set forth herein. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the Twitter account will be deemed to be the Entrant and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an account by Twitter, as applicable. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, or incomplete Entries.

Your Entry may not contain any content that the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines to:

(a) be vulgar, offensive, sexually explicit, profane or pornographic;

(b) be derogatory of any race, ancestry, place of origin, color, ethnic origin, citizenship, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, family status or disability; endorses any form of hate or hate group; defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people, products or companies;

(d) be previously published;

(e) promote any political agenda or message;

(f) appear to duplicate any other submitted Entry;

(g) contain copyrighted materials owned by others;

(h) contain third-party trademarks, logos, insignia, including brand names of any products;

(i) contain any personal identification, such as persons’ names, e-mail addresses, street addresses or license plate numbers;

(j) communicate messages inconsistent with the positive image of the Sponsor’s name and/or any of its brands;

(k) contain any material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to material that violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;

(l) contain any person other than the entrant;

(m) violate any law; or

(n) include or refer to any third parties, including but not limited to minors, celebrities and friends, who have not expressly authorized such inclusion or reference.

The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any Entry which Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, does not meet the above criteria or is otherwise offensive or is not in keeping with the Sponsor’s image and reputation. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any Entry without prior notice. By submitting an Entry, you warrant and represent that you consent to the submission and use of the Entry in the Sweepstakes and to its use as otherwise set forth herein.

Released Parties (as defined below) are not liable for the use of any Entry by any third party. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Released Parties have no, nor shall they have in the future, duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory or otherwise, with respect to the infringement or protection of any copyright in and to any Entry.

6. Terms of Service: You may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes for failing to comply with these Official Rules, as determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Repetitive automated electronic submission of Entries is specifically prohibited, and any such Entries will be disqualified. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized subscriber submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, the potential winner may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder (as defined above) of the identified account, and Sponsor’s decision will be final. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries, including any error that may result in an erroneous appearance of qualification for the prize. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment or software that results in loss of entry. 7. Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on September 19, 2016 from among all eligible Entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor’s designee, whose decisions are final and binding. The Sponsor’s designee will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner immediately following the drawing, as more fully described in Section 9 below. IF THE POTENTIAL WINNER DOES NOT RESPOND WITHIN SIX (6) HOURS AFTER THE FIRST ATTEMPT TO CONTACT HIM/HER, HE/SHE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND AN ALTERNATE ENTRANT MAY BE SELECTED IN HIS/HER PLACE IN A RANDOM DRAWING FROM AMOUNG ALL REMAINING ELIGIBLE ENTRIES.

8. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize package will be awarded, consisting of a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to Los Angeles, CA from September 21 – September 23, 2016. Prize package consists of the following: roundtrip coach commercial air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest to winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to an airport of Sponsor’s choosing in/near Los Angeles, CA (Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) $2,000.00); standard double occupancy accommodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights at a hotel designated by Sponsor (one (1) room) (ERV $800.00); ground transportation to/from destination airport and hotel (ERV $200.00); the opportunity to participate in the filming of a Boost Mobile television commercial (participation details determined solely by Sponsor); two (2) LG Stylo 2 mobile devices (Model LS775) (ERV $149.99 each); two (2) twelve (12)-month Boost Mobile service for each mobile device (ERV $600.00 each); two (2) Boost Mobile Pukka hats (ERV $20.00 each); two (2) Boost Mobile T-shirts (ERV $11.57 each); and two (2) Boost Mobile Backpacks (ERV $71.99 each). Total maximum Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize package is $4,707.10. Actual value may vary based upon location of departure city and no compensation or substitution will be provided for any difference in prize value. The value of each item in the Grand Prize is based on the ERV at the commencement of the Sweepstakes. No compensation will be offered for any difference in value between stated ERV and the actual ERV at time of prize award. If winner resides within a one hundred (100)-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. If, for whatever reason, the opportunity to participate in the filming of the Boost Mobile television commercial does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons included but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, any events outside of Sponsor’s control, or for any other reason, no compensation or substitution will be provided, however remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such winner. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier and on dates specified above. Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary, including the same departure date, destination and return date. No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as a prize; if a stopover occurs, the prize will terminate at the stopover point and full fare will be charged for the remaining segments, including the return, of the trip. Released Parties (as defined below) are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of a flight cancellation or flight delay. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18), unless he/she is winner’s child or ward. Guest (or winner, if guest is child or legal ward) must execute and return a Guest Release prior to travel. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions. If potential winner is unable to complete travel on dates specified by Sponsor, the Grand Prize package will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Time permitting, Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to award prize to an alternate winner. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all travel documents required by airline and comply with all applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. Winner and guest must comply with all applicable filming studio/set rules and regulations and may be required to complete a separate participation waiver prior to filming. Sponsor reserves the right to require potential Grand Prize winner to submit to a confidential background check to confirm eligibility as a condition of participation, to help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity will not bring the Sweepstakes Entities into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, deny participation of commercial filming or remove winner and/or guest, at Sponsor’s sole discretion if: (a) any required documents are not completed and returned within the required time period; (b) if background check is deemed unsatisfactory in Sponsor’s sole discretion; (c) he/she fails to comply with any of the terms of these Official Rules; or (e) winner and/or his/her guest either engage in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the filming studio/set, or appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, luggage fees, additional ground transportation, meals, gratuities and souvenirs. Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute the prize or portion of prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

9. Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified via DM to his or her Twitter account with instructions on how to claim the prize, and WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESPOND WITHIN SIX (6) HOURS OF ITS ISSUANCE. If response to such notification is not received within the specified time or the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and if time permits, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate, randomly selected, eligible Entry.

10. Requirements of Potential Winner: The potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit/Release”) and the potential winner’s guest will be required to complete and return a travel liability release (the “Guest Release”) within twenty-four (24) hours of being notified. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right to require the potential winner to submit to a confidential background check to confirm eligibility as a condition of participation (as described in Section 8 above). If a potential winner fails to complete, sign and return the Affidavit/Release and/or Guest Release within the required time period or consent to a background check, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate Entrant may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all Entries received. If potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her state of residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be required to comply with all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein and such parent or legal guardian must accompany him/her on the Grand Prize trip as his/her guest.

11. Privacy and Publicity: All information submitted by Entrants in the Sweepstakes will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which may be amended from time to time, available at www.boostmobile.com/about/legal/privacy-policy/. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an Entrant’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

12. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) randomly award (as set forth above) the prize from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the act requiring such termination. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13. Warranties and Consents: By completing and submitting an Entry, you: (a) represent and warrant that (i) you have read, and agree to be bound by, these Official Rules and any applicable policies or procedures posted by Twitter, (ii) based on the Official Rules, you are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes, and (iii) all of the information provided as part of your Entry is accurate, does not violate any third party’s legal rights (including without limitation rights of privacy and publicity), and otherwise does not violate applicable law; (b) consent to the use of your name and/or likeness by the Sponsor for promotional purposes (whether online, in print or through any other media now known or hereafter developed), without additional compensation or authorization unless prohibited by law; (c) agree to be bound by the interpretations of these Official Rules by the Sponsor which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; and (d) acknowledge that this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Twitter.

14. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Twitter, ChopShop Entertainment, Inc., Trymark Consulting Group, L.L.C., their parent(s), officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an Entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; or (f) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

15. Disputes: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

16. Sweepstakes Results: To request the winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Boost Mobile #WhereYouAt Sweepstakes - Winner/Rules (please specify which), P.O. Box 295, Gainesville, VA 20156. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Sweepstakes Period. VT residents omit postage.

17. Severability: Headings: If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Headings and captions are used in these Official Rules solely for convenience of reference, and shall not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Official Rules or any provision hereof.
