Tough Mudder

Today I signed up for my first tough mudder! I have wanted to do one for years and this year is the year i decided to be brave and just do it. Now that i'm signed up i want to go work out, but i'm sick :/ I just want to feel better so i can live a healthier life and start training. now that i have something fun to train for i will enjoy my workouts more :)

Urge to Ride

All of a sudden it's like summer can't come soon enough. I need to ride my horseys. It's not helping that it's -20 degrees so I have to keep them locked in the barn :/

Awesome 5 miler with some abs afterward completed my weekend! Starting to feel better about my training now that it's not so hard to run a pretty good distance, now if I could just get back on that healthier eating grind.
