I'm a transfem living in the South, and I've been struggling to find steady, wage and/or benefits paying work since Covid hit in 2020. Medically transitioning has made that even harder. what's worrisome is that everyone has more or less the same primordial version of history these days when you look into mainstream discourses, just like putin. ukrainians say they're actually the real inheritors of kievan rus, the russians are asiatic barbarians. israelis say they have a 2,000-year-old biblical claim to the land. azeris and armenians go back and forth over who has lived in the caucasus since time immemorial. china says taiwan was always chinese and pulls out 17th century fishing maps for the south china sea. and so on, and so forth, none of this broaches the fact that the real problem here is that people are getting bombed, tortured, and raped in the name of these pathetic fantasies, not the veracity of the claims

I saw someone make this point elsewhere but the whole concept of "ZoG" exists as a way for Amerikaners to launder their participation in the world imperialist system through Israel, as though Amerikan Presidents would not act this way in Asia without the existence of Israel. It's a way to position themselves as victims of Zionism because they have to make everything about themselves in the same way that Zionists do.

In a similar way, this is also what Amerikas completely willing junior partners do. Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the EU nations all believe themselves to be victimised by Amerika as though they don't have their own interests in the world imperialist system continuing as is.

now feels like a good time to reiterate that Iranians have been martyred by america + israel already, both empires that possess nuclear weapons, and that Iran does not have nuclear weapons. so now is not the time to joke about america getting nuked-- any retaliation on Iran's part is justified and the only way we escape this situation, but Iran is not going to nuke us, because the entire premise that Iran has nukes is how america justified bombing them and also the exact same rhetoric we used against Iraq and how we killed my countrysmen when there was again no evidence of nuclear warfare.
