I'm reading "Careless People" and the insight into Facebook is fascinating, but what i keep coming back to is, if I survived a literal fucking SHARK ATTACK, got sent home without going to the hospital, started vomiting blood and couldn't breathe, and NEARLY DIED because my parents didn't believe anything was wrong and told me to stop being dramatic until I literally passed out, I would literally never let that go. like oh, you want to ground me and take away my TV privileges? that's funny, remember when I almost lost TV privileges forever because you didn't bother to notice i was dying of a shark attack?
