Haircuts by children

The idea is to discuss the "Succession Model of Youth Labour Engagement" of Darren O'Donnel, as presented in his book "Haircuts by children, and other evidence of a new social contract" .
It is an evaluative framework for (art) organisations, that involve youth (or other 'precarious' groups).
I wondered if someone of you is involved in an organisation that s.he wants to evaluate? Otherwise I am considering to take our research cluster, the school and/or my collective 'Seasonal Neighbours' as a casestudy.

material (a text/a scheme) a witness a conversation folding paper by Stijn Van Dorpe and Does Vandoesburg
Central to the workshop is the project CC Truckstop initiated by Does Vandoesburg that I followed as an 'engaged observer'. An abandoned truckstop/restaurant without running water nor electricity was occupied (with permission from 'wegen en verkeer') and for several months ran as a cultural center. I would like to evoke CC truckstop to go into a conversation on topics related to some of my��research topics (creating (art)space/different kind of publics/precarity as a condition...). But at the same time it is an experimental exercise in conversation making (maybe also as a democratic tool for decision making).
