today marks one month since we lost you.

I.. want to share a happy memory for today...

I wanted to show everyone one of the gifts they sent me... some handmade keychains of my favorite mario character! (and all her forms!!!)

I would complain to shay that theres no merchandise of her lol and they offered to make me some! I couldnt pick a favorite between the three so I said 'surprise me'... and they made all of them!!

ever since I got the keychains, they have been a permenant fixture on my mario & luigi display alongside my favorite pieces of my collection...

(here's one of the wips they sent me while working on them... each keychain was hand drawn by them!)

Hey, I just saw your post and I wanted to say that I’m so sorry for your loss :( I hope you’re okay. We’re here for emotional support too, I’m sure you already know that. Have you been doing better lately?

sorry I have been avoiding doing any kind of public response.

I dont want to go into too much detail but im... not doing great.

Its nowhere near as bad as those first couple days, but i know im not coping the greastest. i am doing everything in my power to not think about it, distract myself. Im just bottling it up and then one little thing sets me off and im crying in the middle of a store because i saw a smiley face mug that made me think of them.

I feel like a broken record talking to people

I want to show some of the art they never posted, the letter they sent me, happy memories but every time i start writing i get choked up. I just cant do it right now sorry

I would like to put together some pages in my pokemon binder in shay's memory... if you have and suggestions for cute cards that make you think of them please share below ^_^

for some ideas... some of shay's favorite pokemon were: celebi, togetic snorlax, deoxys, chatot etc.

it doesnt have to be these specific pokemon, but any card that makes you go 'omg thats soooo fawfulydoo'

Its strange... sometimes im able to think about them and its like nothing happened! like 'oh yea remember that one time haha' and i dont feel sad but then ill be distracting myself, sorting pokemon cards and I find a celebi card I had set aside to give them. and i get that sinking feeling in my chest and i have to step away. im not sure why its like this

yesterday i left my house for the first time since i found out. i distracted myself for quite a bit - a friend invited me to play with her new kitten, it was fine! everything was fine and i was having a great time but then...

that picture flashed in my head. from the obituary. its permenantly embedded into my mind now i cant get it out of my head

my heart sank. my stomach was in knots the whole drive home. I tried distracting myself and ended up bawling trying to do laundry. I feel so nauseous all the time now. I have no appetite. It makes me so sad and angry when people comment asking if this is a joke. why? why do you think i would joke about this? about someone i cared so deeply for dying? do you think the physical and mental anguish i have felt every single day since i found out is a joke? it makes me sick

i just wanted to let you know that you're doing amazing and that it's okay to take things slow

thank you... im compiling happy things about them id like to share - art, pictures, the things they loved - i did just fine at first! ... but now im tearing up... i think ill take your advice.

i wanted to say... thank you to all the people who reached out to me... i truly appreciate it, with all my heart

someone close to the family reached out to me, and I wanted to reassure everyone that their birds (zeus and cupid) are safe.

its been an incredibly difficult day. some of the messages made me smile. others made me cry. i hope that, despite the sadness and despair, we can still smile at the joy and good memories they brought us.

I need to let people know that beloved artist, and my dear friend @fawfulydoo passed away july 28th, 2025.

They were well known in the invader zim, deltarune, mario & luigi, and many other scenes for their art and animations.

please keep them in your thoughts. may they rest in peace

BIG NEWS, everyone! Ciro Nieli has been given a copy of the zine!

Ciro Nieli and Greg Cipes both received copies of the zine at Turtlecon this weekend, thanks to @chanceofcloud!

Getting the zine into the hands of the cast and crew was a big part of the reason the Shuggazine team put so much effort into making a lovely physical edition available, and I'm beyond excited to see it's really happening!!! 8D (Photo shared with Chance's and Ciro's permission.
