Day 7: Alcudia - Palma
Today everybody drove on automatic pilot... they had a hell of a drive (150km and 1400 'hoogte meters'), but survived! Only one flat tire early in the ride and an explosive "démarrage" organised by "el chief" in the first half of the ride. Thanks to a super enthusiastic support team who prepared the breaks and the extraordinary lunch, the riders fuelled up and got re-energised. The last 50 km they thought about the finish and started drinking cava on the go (you know the coffee style of cup 😏). After a great climb it was all the way down to the finish at the coast side. Cava, chips, nuts and plenty of stories first on the beach and later on in the bar. The evening is looking promising.

Day 6: Alcudia
After a tiring day yesterday it was hard for the cyclists to find the courage to start the sixth day of the cycling trip. A small change to the plan made everyone agree to start the next stage. For the first time this cycling trip we did not see any sun today. The rain made it too hard for some of us and a few decided to quit this stage earlier then planned. The cyclists were freezing so the pasta and tapas at noon were needed to get them through the afternoon! After a few more flat tires this afternoon we will now all enjoy a well deserved apero...

Day 4: Port de Soller
Another day in paradise! Today we arrived where we left off, the wonderful Port de Soller. Once again the sun was greeting us this morning. 2000 meters high was a real challenge but the whole group survived while sharing a 'group banana'. The ride wasn't easy, a lot of cols were concurred! But no challenge is too difficult for this BPS Cycling Team, even the only woman in the group is always riding her bike like a pro! The support team arranged a nice lunch and the team needed it to get on the Col de Soller. Which was a familiar one as this was the second time they climbed this mountain. They all broke their personal record! By the way next to the Cycling we also introduced the game 'De Mol'. More info will follow soon...

Day 3: Palma - Port de Soller
Day three in Mallorca, it was the hottest day of the week and for the first time 2 mountains to climb. The ‘pechvogel’ of the day named Gunter “accidentally” broke his wheel with only 4 hours of sleep. All other party animals survived and then after a marvellous lunch we started to climb the cols. The first test started in a beautiful landscape! The one and only Bert has concurred the Col Corient and Col de Soller as a professional biker. Congrats to the winner of the climbing contest! Good luck to the other bikers, there is a new challenge to win the biggest hangover contest. To be continued…

Day 2: Palma de Mallorca Part 2
After a wonderful evening in Palma we started off the day with some steep hills. A beautiful day & the sun was our friend! We enjoyed a nice lunch in the harbour of Porto Pietro. Two flat tyres and one broken wheel, but that did not kill the pace! A fast and fantastic ride today! Now we are chilling at the pool ;)

Day 1: Palma de Mallorca
Hi all, It's that time of the year again! The fourth edition of our cycling trip... and it's a special one! This year we go all the way... to Mallorca! The location know for it's 'Hoogtestages'. With almost no sleep (yes, we've got up at 2am), our guys and Dana started their first day. The superior bikes are provided by a professional renting company linked to the famous Stybar. Our journey began with our beautiful tour in Palma de Mallorca. A 70km easy start, getting used to the sun and mountains. As the weather conditions were amazing on our first day, we had to use sun screen factor 50 for the gingers amongst us. Next days the tanning lines will result in white t-shirt bodies... to be continued! Xoxo The support team
