We stopped in Old Saybrook, Ct on the way back from an awesome weekend at the 5-star hotel "Saybrook Point." Decided to give it a shot and do a video about "where focus goes, energy flows."  Three days before Christmas and New England weather can be very volatile.  Although unseasonably warm, I was freezing and you can tell by how I pronounce some words that I was cold. My camera girl was a trooper, all dressed up, we made it through but wasn't easy. There were some people walking by and hanging in the parking lot, they had fun watching me struggle shooting my video. (Just some thoughts from the week), I hope somehow this video serves and reminds you of your birthright to "Live Your Best Life Now." Amazing book! Written by the father of personal development Napoleon Hill. “Think And Grow Rich” is known as the one book that changed millions of people’s lives. And was usually one of the first manuscripts read by all the “greats” starting their path to self actualization. (Brian Tracey, Tony Robbins, Les Brown and so forth). The mindset is that thoughts are things and wealth does not only come in material form, it happens first in the mind. That we as humans have much more power than we could ever imagine. Have a great afternoon. ~B https://www.instagram.com/p/B2zgSyhB8gT/?igshid=180w7rbp691c5

Whilst reading one of Brendon Burchard’s books this morning a major “satori” hit me. It was the simple fact (we all know) that the toughest times are the most chance for growth. It doesn’t feel like it when it’s happening but it takes faith to know there is always a reason. As I look over the events in my life run 5 companies, get American Fly Tyler’s going and my online businesses successful all has taken an immense amount of blood, sweat and fortitude... .....Coming from nothing, (including a dysfunctional childhood) I’ve seen time again, if you get through the tough times with gratitude, you easily get through life like a cake walk... There are 6 times in my life I recall most difficult. ~The first was getting kicked out of my house at 11 years old after physical and emotional abuse simply because my step-father didn’t want me there. ~The 2nd was a break up just after high- school. At the time I wasn’t armed with the relationship knowledge I have now (coming from a dysfunction home) I didn’t have the slightest clue how to be the ultimate man in a relationship. ~The 3rd was getting critically burned with smoke inhalation (3rd degree) after a tool shed exploded around me... I miraculously healed using pysconeuroemunoloy learned from authors like Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. Wayne Dyer ... My doctors at Bridgeport burn unit said they’ve never seen anyone heal like I did. ~The 4th was when my flight instructor crashed my helicopter 🚁 with me in it!! ... yup 6 years of research, not to mention $140,000 down the tubes (or in the trees 🌳) lol... 5th -A recent break up. Wasn’t her fault but I was brought down into someone’s home drama.... I usually walk away from those situations easily, but the person I was in love with wasn’t the problem, it was the people around her.... A perfect example of how “LIFE doesn’t happen to you, it happens FOR you.” When you get through the other side you you see 20/20, literally becoming a different person. (Empowered like a freight train) I wouldn’t be who I am without it. When I was a kid I had dreams of touring the world 🌎 in a rock band and owning my own 🚁 Problem was I came from pretty thought beginnings, had no proper role models and childhood was tough. My mom who brought me up struggled with major bouts of depression and anxiety... When she was up she’d continuously complain about how hard life was, how difficult things were and how little money we had. As I grew into my teens I knew I’d have to throw myself into personal development... As things got better I found myself on one of Tony Robbins’s stage and got under the hood with his technology, but things were not easy.. My best advise is to always honor the struggle, it holds major lessons. ~B. #honor the struggle #motivationalquotes #inspirationalquotes # hit her done #motivation #Toney Robbins https://www.instagram.com/p/Bwkph2JHv7C/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=lo6rc18fbmxs

I wrote: It's all about drinking at least a gallon of water per day... Make it a habit. I think that's what is working for him and myself plus the work-out lifestyle. Understanding how to do strength training properly and making it a lifestyle should be every human being's FIRST priority. This is your body and life we are talking about, and you can't take care of other people without taking care of yourself first... How it is that so many people miss this is beyond me. Having dreams, goals and grand visions for the future... Very little alcohol (might as well drink gasoline). Good, deep sleep (choosing the right mattress etc.).... The other stuff he speaks of is questionable but a very cool video. High protein with heavy workouts. A scheduled week with blocked time for projects and work-outs.  WATER!!! Dyophramic breaths, cheerfulness, greens and cardio... Pretty simple, and common sense..... ~B

Too many people are looking outside of themselves for something to complete their life. They think if they can just get in the right relationship or make a certain amount of money, this will make them feel good and will give them permission to be “happy.” Well I can tell you first hand any amount of finances or any “dream relationship” is not going to make you feel complete. Because the problem is when you finally get there, you take yourself with you.... In my early 20’s I thought if I could just get to the point where I owned my own helicopter, that would be amazing. I had a passion for aviation and wanted to be able to say I can take-off from my own back yard. Helicopters are the coolest aircraft in the world and a certain amount of prestige comes with ownership of your own aircraft. There is also a tight-knit group of owners across the country and it’s become sort of like a family for me. Well, after 10 years of blood, sweat and tears, I did it, I finally did it! I attained the knowledge, “know-how”and recourses to buy my own chopper.... Remember, this was after my first flight-instructor crashed the first helicopter (with me inside)!.... I’ll never forget, after all that, one beautiful Sunday afternoon- perfect day, I came in for a “red carpet,” glass air” approach to Meriden MMK, pulled her into a perfect hover, and landed. Looked around and literally said out loud (now what)? I remember this clearly because I heard my own voice in my headphones. (It sort of startled me). Here I was, sitting at the end of the runway feeling like the astronauts did after a space shuttle launch. All at once my stomach sank. I thought to myself, “after a helicopter crash, and over 10 years trying to achieve this goal, I still have an empty feeling?” Well, that was the day I realized no extraordinary goal or achievement was going to make my life complete. It was me who needed to be happy with the little things. .....and I needed to learn to be grateful for those things... We find this freedom in the joy of a simple smile, or the happiness we hear in a little kid laughing, a butterfly or a sunset..... (something to think about). Have a great day.... ~B
