Fallout: New Vegas: Caesar's Cyberdog
Were you previously aware that if Rex is brought to Antony at The Fort, he will question where the Courier obtained Rex from?
He will mention that he only asks because Caesar once had a Cyberdog that was lost in a battle.
Rex was a Legion dog and still has memories of his service, and also still has a Legion decal on his body. You can read more about Rex here:
