Medieval Default Underwear Collection

It's finally done! If you don't know, I love playing the Ultimate Decades Challenge. It's honestly what I play the most whenever I'm actually playing the game. My family is currently in the mid 1300's. One thing that's always bothered me is that the default underwear in CAS doesn't quite feel immersive for UDC gameplay. So I decided to create this collection for just that! It replaces the default underwear for all ages and genders, is compatible with WW, and all meshes are base game compatible. However, if you run into any issues with the meshes and possible missing packs do let me know. This was my first foray into really messing with the game meshes, and I am not at all skilled in meshing yet.

Good to know:

You can only have one set of default underwear in your game at any given time.

These conflict with anything that replaces the default body mesh in CAS, such as Luumia's TIT-E, Hiroki's BB, etc. You could have both in game at the same time, but, you need to make sure the game reads these files first if you want them to show up. Placing them in a folder named "!! DEFAULT UNDERWEAR !!" for instance should make the game read them first. But it is not foolproof, and you may need to mess around with it. Defaults can be sensitive and finicky.

The child female shift does have some clipping if your sim is wearing a two piece outfit and you only remove the top, since the dress is actually a top. The bottoms included are a recolor of the default panties for child females in the same style as the dress as to not ruin immersion with bright blue knickers, lol. There's also a small gap in the mesh that I just could not fix for the life of me. However it is very small and only noticeable in some trait animations.

See images below for what the underwear looks like. Toddlers and infants have the same cloth diaper with side ties which I felt was kind of appropriate for the era?

I made this for my game and thought maybe someone else might like it.

Aspiration: Super Peasant Category: Medieval

Objectives: 1. Achieve level 8 in 6 skills - 1500 pts 2. Complete a collection - 1250 pts 3. Earn $15,000 - 1250 pts 4. Survive childhood (aka be a teen or older) - 1250 pts

Reward: Re-Roll trait

This is purely for gameplay/UDC purposes. The trait doesn't actually do anything besides adding a temporary Confident buff and a social interaction. Just a fun way to potentially save a sim that you really like or don't want to die.

This may conflict with other aspiration mods that add a new category, but I don't actually know (I have been a modder for like 5 days).

Base game compatible.

The Ultimate Decades Challenge: X

This challenge was originally created by Zombie Cleo to get your sims from 1890 to 2010 and play throughout history. The way I play this challenge has been modified and designed so that you start in 1300’s England and make it ALL the way to current day America. The point of my decade’s challenge is to, of course, challenge yourself but at the same time: live as historically accurate as possible and get your family’s legacy to survive to modern times without dying out. You can expect a lot of tough times, death, and heartache…but still fun times as well.

I’ve been watching a small Youtube simmer called Mitsomina and have been really enjoying her videos. She does a Medieval Let’s Play and has been running into a issue with sims pulling their phones out. So this is a quick fix if you don’t want phones in your sim’s Game.

New Public Fairytale Outhouse + default replacements for Base Game Public Bathrooms

To make your world less modern you can hide stuff, or you can replace them. I made a matching Public Bathroom that goes with the fairytale stuff - and then I also made replacements for Base Game Public Bathrooms, One is the Fairytale one, the other comes from my WFS Big Barn extras set.

If you place the two DR-files in your Mods-folder, you will not have to see ugly modern ones.

I also made a normal non default version of the Fairytale one. Place it on lot or off lot with T.O.O.L.

Replacement outhouses in Henford and in Oasis shown. (Yes that trash can need to be replaced also. Ugly.)

Presenting....my first blender creation! This is my first time working with a mesh, so hopefully everything functions correctly.
