WIKFS is that my body is connected to my thoughts. So, for all who have pain in your body, ask yourself, Why do I have this pain? When you answer this question start by saying 'I believe that I have this pain because _______________'. The blank space is a negative thought, i.e., I believe that I am superior, I am inferior, I am not smart enough, I am less than... Now, replace that negative thought with a positive thought, i.e., Pain you have served your time. I love you but now you must go. Soon my body will return to perfect health.
BREEATHE and hold your breath for 2 seconds and slowly release your breath through your nose. Take 4 more breaths and as you exhale focus your mind on perfect health. Practice this whenever you feel pain. This practice is not one and done. This can take months before the pain completely goes away.
