It rained really hard last night which you would think would be a real bummer... but it actually was great. Itwas awesome because everyone went home...Making it easier to get close to the famous bridge and even into an adorable little restaurant that usually needs reservations. It was perfect! It was a tiny little restaurant with only nine tables, the woman cooked and the man took tables. The food was incredible! We have to say goodbye to Venice and probably posting for a while! Boarding the ship today xoxo

Libreria Acqua Alta is a bookstore in Venice. As some of Venice does, it floods every year in the fall/winter months. To solve this problem the owner puts his books in gondolas, bathtubs, and other boats! This way when high-tide hits he is ready! He also has made these stairs out of books so that you can climb right up the canal!
