Help me find a song please
It's a song I used to listen to so much, around 2000-2010's I think. But I only remember the music video, can somebody help me?
It's a dark blonde woman singing and when the music video starts she pours water on the head of a man in a box. There are more many, one is duc taped to the floor, a man is in a prison, a man hangs with ropes.
Does anybody recognizes this??

All Too Well is a song that has a story that is so sacred to me, because the story of this song is that it was my favorite song on the record. I knew that when we put out the album. I knew that it wouldn’t be a single, that it wouldn’t be a video, you know. But I knew it was my favorite one. But what was so crazy is when it went out into the world, the fans just amongst themselves decided it was their favorite too, and they just sort of anointed this song and claimed it as the most important song from Red. And it happened over the course of the first six months the album was out, and I ended up performing the song on the Grammys because that was the one they wanted me to play, more so than the ones that were big hits at radio. So for me this song has really turned into a story of what the fans did for this song, really. It’s such a special thing to look back on for me, so to get to relive it is pretty cool.

Where was I playing, like Seattle or something? So she flew into Seattle to write with me. And she’d had a hotel room and we walked in and we sort of like hung out, ate burgers, and wrote this song that I thought was great and we were going to record at some point. And then when we landed in Los Angeles to record it, it was like the day before, she was like, ‘Come round my house, we’ll jam or whatever,’ and we jammed and wrote Everything Has Changed. So those were the two songs written in the space of two weeks. And Run was just always on m hard drive, and no one had heard it. And I felt weird about playing it to other people because I know Taylor’s quite secretive with songs an stuff like that. But it was always there and I was always like, ‘I hope she releases this at some point,’ and when I got a message saying 'We’re going to re-record the album. Can we do Run?’ I was like, 'Absolutely, I’d love for that t see the light of day.’
