What makes a great paint job is following these steps, using premium paint products, and maintaining above the industry standard. All these things combined will ensure happy clients, which can bloom into more jobs through referrals. Also, keeping up with social media and posting all your work, as well as getting reviews will keep your business growing. Being a painter is harder than you think. Technically we are "Chemical Applicators." There is a lot that goes into it as far as what tape to use for each specific surface, which primers will work, what caulk to use, different paint sheens, different paint products for each surface, mixing substances, colors, oil vs latex, stains, what brush, wallpaper removal, drywall repairs, epoxy, solvents, what sprayer will work for each application, reading data sheets, reading prints, etc. I could go on and on about all the different scenarios that we go through, but we would rather show you. We finally completed this new construction home. It was a ton of work and I'm very happy with how it turned out. These are some pictures of the final product. We painted all the custom shelving, stained the beam, and clear coated the butchers block. The custom closet shelving matched the walls. The beam was a custom Minwax stain to match the floor. We used Scuff-X Satin White for the trim, Final Touch Coronado Flat White for the ceilings, Scuff-X Matte for the walls. We knocked out the drywall repairs, painted 5 rooms, 2 walls in the conference room, and did touch-ups throughout the building. We finished up an exterior today. We used Woodluxe Solid Stain color was Mohegan Sage for the fence. We used Element Guard Low Lustre for the house and doors. The house color was Mohegan Sage and the door & beam color was Estate Sale. Painted the outside of my Aunts house. Not only did we do an amazing paint job, we got to catch up. We shared lots of laughs, stories, ate some good food, tried some new food, and even played a practical joke or two. FYI a bidet is not a regular toliet 🤣😂 We used Sherwin Williams Woodscapes on the soffits and fascia and Duration Satin on the doors and handrail.

Before and after pictures of this condo we painted. We had a couple of speakers to remove and repair. We used paint sticks and screwed a new piece of drywall to them, meshed tape and mudded around them, primed, and painted. We only did the walls in the foyer and living room. We did the ceiling and walls in the master bedroom.
