I did not work out over spring break. The project is about due and I'm going to just enjoy my break.

I think we're about on week 12 now. I started off April by working out and the day after working out again and that's it. I did my regular routine then I walked on the treadmill. I'm pretty sure I'm not motivated to start working out yet or else I'd be doing it more. You really have to manage your time wisely and right now I'm not doing that nor do I really want to at this moment.

March 6th Week 7 I worked out once this week. Lately I come home from work and just sleep.

February 27th Week 6 I said I was going to do better this week but I haven't. I worked out once this week. I'm not sure if I'm motivated enough to workout but I'm honestly not feeling it. Trying to balance school and having a job and working out isn't working. I'm just making excuses for myself because plenty of people do it I just don't think I want to. I want to but at the same time I don't want to.

I’m going to start my 500 crunch challenge up again. I started this originally when I started working out but not doing it daily defeats the whole purpose so I am starting up again. I’m going to try and do 500 crunches through out the week so I can split that 500 into 7 or 5 or however many days of the week I want to.

Monday February 13th 
Week 4
I just started working at Wendy’s and my schedule is starting to get a little bit busy for once in my life. I usually work 3 days a week from 4-7 pm and I’m not quite used to it just yet. I need to try harder to incorporate working out in my time. All I want to do is come home and play League but, I need to do this project. Not necessarily but I want to try and do this for myself.  I worked out 3 out of the 5 days I wanted to this week. I had a 5 day weekend this week and I went out of town. The night we arrived to our hotel we swam and I’m going to count that as a workout. The next day we went to a plus called Cosi in Columbus Ohio. There was a ton of walking so I’m also going to count that as a workout day because I usually don’t walk that much. My feet were aching..

This week I workouts once out of the 5 days that I want to be working out. 
I failed miserably this week but it’s okay I still have time to try and make working out a habit. 
My week was a fun one tho I watched Star Wars on Saturday and it was so gooooood. Also superbowl sunday was fun.

The beginning.
Tuesday January 24th.
I’m starting this project for my school where you have to create something for the next 3 months or goal or whatever you want to do. I decided to make a workout plan for myself to better my health and become more active.This blog is to keep track of my weekly activity. I will be trying to post at least once a week. 
The first week of my workout plan went well. I worked out for 3 out of the 5 days that i do want to workout. Hopefully I can stick to my workouts.
