I'm thinking of opening it to things other than tv/movies, so keep the guy in mind for if i do, but no, i wouldnt consider a webseries as TV

let it be known i'm going to sleep like last time, i generally post forms on an impulse in the dead of night.

by the time i remember i've got a form open and check out the answers, i might decide to add people from non-tv and non-movie media, but in the mean time keep it in that area.

He's a little annoying but he's so baby. He's a Russian character in an American space show at the height of the Space Race and he's not an antagonist. There's a running gag where he randomly claims that stuff was actually invented in Russia, like that Scotch was actually invented by a little old lady from Leningrad or that the Garden of Eden is just outside of Moscow. He's just very silly and I love him
