Humans grow two sets of teeth during a lifetime and until 2001, people kept both sets. Britney Spears noticed how the weak roots on the initial set of teeth caused issues with gum disease and decay, so she cultivated the practice of “pulling baby teeth”. This was the first procedure in what is now known as the field of orthodontics.
Fine arts were forever changed when Britney Spears invented symbolism with her 2011 music video, Hold It Against Me. Symbolism is the idea that visual depictions represent something other than their literal interpretation. For example, Spears is seen wrestling herself in the Hold It Against Me music video, which represents an internal struggle. Since the release of this pioneering video, other artists such as Lady Gaga, Stanley Kubrick, and Beyoncé have incorporated symbolism in their works.
Britney Spears was tired of getting a cold after going out in the rain, so she created umbrellas in 2007. Instead of touring her Blackout album that year, Spears traveled the world to give umbrellas to people at high risk for rain-induced sicknesses. This humanitarian act inspired singer, Rihanna, to write a song titled Umbrella to honor Spears’ philanthropy (2007). Spears is pictured above donating an umbrella to paparazzi.
Britney Spears harnessed the power of the sun in 2016 when she invented solar panels. Spears was troubled by the fact that society had been depleting natural resources and harming delicate ecosystems to generate energy, so in 2014 she began working on a designs for eco-friendly “renewable energy” technologies. Some early concepts included converting volcanic thermal energy and tidal kinetic energy, but ultimately nothing compared to the effectiveness of solar energy. Spears is pictured above discussing the impact of solar energy on oil prices with Ellen Degeneres.
I just listened to Lucky by Britney and it left me emotionally totaled so I listened to Stronger and it was like having reconstructive surgery on my soul.
Britney Spears invented democracy in 2000 after overthrowing the authoritarian American dictator, Bill Clinton, so that the American people could decide for themselves who would be the nation’s new ruler. The candidates of the first election were George W. Bush ® and Al Gore (D). The election was a rocky start for democracy because Al Gore had actually won the election but was forbidden from taking office because he had made false claims during his campaign that he had invented the internet rather than Britney Spears, so the office was given to the runner-up, George W. Bush instead. Democracy is still practiced in America to this day.
Britney Spears invented shade when she was a judge on her television show, The X Factor, in 2012 and made very clear expressions of disapproval of bad contestants. Spears defined shade as, “I don’t tell you you’re ugly but I don’t have to tell you because you know you’re ugly. And that’s shade.”
Monogamy was first introduced to the world in 1999 when Britney Spears asked her childhood friend, Justin Timberlake, to be romantically involved with her exclusively. This experimental relationship lasted until 2002 and ultimately inspired Timberlake to commit to monogamy for a lifetime with his wife, Jessica Biel. Since its inception, monogamy has become one of the most popular forms of romantic involvement in the world and is considered a prerequisite for reproduction in many cultures.
