Project 5 Working in a series

For this project I decided to take a picture of the front of seven different college kid’s cars. I went around GVSU and to my personal friends to get these pictures. My goal was to explore how different each car that these college kids own is. The category of photography which these photos fit into is the descriptive category. Even though all photos can be placed in this category I decided these photos best fit in it. I really only wanted to show what these cars look like, which can also go to show how different each college kid’s financial circumstances can be. Even though we all go to the same school and live relatively in the same area during school we all come from different back grounds and through these cars we can start to see that. In the pictures displayed we can see that obviously every one has different finances which allow for certain types of cars. In these photos we see some nicer cars which cost more and then some other cars which tend to look a bit cheaper.
