in this tournament we will be pitting the tf2 oc community against each other oh so violently.

rules for submission:

the only qualifications are that the character has to be original and have some notable relation to tf2.

- they do not need to have existed anywhere other than in your brain prior to the tournament. do what u want i wanna see the SILLY GUYS - completely original class ocs are allowed. existing class ocs are allowed. the qualifications are Not Strict<3

art/image submissions aren't required but if you do submit an image or piece of art, please properly credit the artist.

- as long as the use of the image is allowed via the picrew's rules, picrews are allowed [with credit].

you will be @'d in any post relating to your oc throughout the tournament unless you specifically do not want to be @'d [in this case, please dm me or send me an ask off anon so i can reply to it privately :>]

PROPAGANDA WILL BE SOOOO ALLOWED. I ENCOURAGE IT. SOOO MUCH. as long as the oc creator is fine with propaganda, it is so heavily encouraged.

you may submit multiple ocs! submit as many as you want, just not the same one twice!

if there is a tie [within one percent] the ocs will be teamed up :3

note that anything put into the form may be used as part of the poll posts!!!!!!!!

Wait, can we just talk about how attentive creators were to the details of the mercenaries' robot models?

If you take a closer look at the models, you will notice that the design of the soldier is simpler than the design of the spy, and the robo soldier is covered with scratches, erasures and patches, while the robo-spy is immaculately clean

Considering that the soldier belongs to the class of offences, it's so... so cute that the creators singled out his recklessness even as for a robot…

how would the Red Tape Recorder function on the robots? that's a fun thing to think about. would it regress the robot's "mind" to before it could "think" properly? is it some kind of body horror situation where, in an All Tomorrow's type situation, the robot can do nothing but watch as it's body slowly gets dismantled into the scrap metal while it's mind stays the same?

the premise of my Engiebot is that it's "a little fucked up".

it's kind of hastily made up because i can't think of another reason why it would want to replace it's robot hand with a human hand.

Please please please i need to tell you so bad that i absolutely adore your tf2 mvm robot arts. Brainrot always made me rotate these guys like the microwave. You are very correct that there should be a proper tag for the robots. i cannot find enough of them.

et tu? us tf2 robot enjoyers have got to meet up one day and make a giant meeting on an agreeable tag one day, i swear.
