Hey, I'm Bronze! I use any pronouns. I don't do a lot, all I pretty much do is reblog. I have a lot of interests, and you'll see a bunch of fandoms come and go through my reblogs.

i have made like 57 reddit throwaway accounts in my life because my only use for reddit is to login once a year to pose niche questions to a sub i assume is compromised of mostly autistic dads desperate to impart their knowledge upon anyone who will listen. when i got my first fisheries job the equipment list my boss sent me just said “knife.” i emailed back asking what kind of knife and he replied “any knife.” i got on reddit and went to some sub about fish and i said “i got a hatchery job in alaska. what knife do i need for multipurpose use. a knife that does it all.” one guy responded in ten minutes breaking down everything about knives & salmon work. gave me a better idea of my job than the interview did. then he recommended a single knife and like twenty other people replied after him “this is the correct knife. no notes.”
bought it. pretty good knife, no notes.

Gosh I hate grind culture. My little sister just started medical school and all of her orientation leaders are like “you absolutely cannot have a life WHATsoever you WILL have to give up EVERYTHING besides this program say GOODBYE to your hobbies and relationships” and now she’s calling me feeling guilty for running and going to the grocery store and that’s just WRONG! And that is exactly what I was told starting law school as well, and rejecting that mentality was the best thing I ever did but it was so hard not to buy into. Anyway if any of you are in an intense academic program PLEASE take time to sleep and eat and exercise and maintain your relationships and keep up your hobbies! you are not a robot who exists solely to study and I promise that living a life and staying physically and mentally healthy is not going to make you fail

look! the moonlight shows us for what we really are. we are not among the living, and so we cannot die — but neither are we dead.

grabbing like 80 percent of the lesbians I know by the shoulders and saying listen. listen. you have to stop categorizing everyone and everything into Women (Good) and Men (Bad). you might not think you’re doing it, but you are. it’s very clear from the ways in which you talk about trans men and bi women and your experience with gender and your difficulties in the dating scene that on some subconscious level, you think that moral purity is directly proportional to how much Man Stuff somebody has in their life. that contact with men and male-associated cultural byproducts will give you Boy Cooties. it won’t. but I can tell you think it does, and so do all of your trans friends, and it makes us all uncomfortable. so cut it out
