Made a sprite for my Dess design :]
#rat finger painting#deltarune#dess deltarune#dess holiday#december deltarune#the clothes are not like. 100% what i believe she'd wear bc i couldnt settle on smth easy. not colors anyways. maybe pants.#she's very. not redneck not militaristic but. survivalist? to me. based on her room#so i imagine she'd have like a hunting jacket coat thing and camo stuff to match her camo coat#didnt draw her w/ her canon shirts we see in her closet bc. shes not wearing those :] there's one hanger and thats likely what she has on#also i was trying to conserve colors and share between her family but. deltarune sprites dont do thattt oftennnn and it annoys me#but it gave me a good wide range of colors to choose from I GUESS#her two-tone fur color is the beige from rudy's sweater and the lighter(?) of carols fur#debated on having her hair jet black or the grey. i liked the grey but its supposed to be reminisce of rudys hair

Workshopping my Dess design again....
V my thought process under here
Noelle has more of Rudy-like fur color with Carol-like hair color, and so I wanted Dess to have Carol-like fur with Rudy-like hair color. I decided to give her more of Rudy's facial shape since Noelle's favors Carol as well.
I wanted to give Dess pointy horns like Carol, but since Dess's ch3 silhouette has round horns I decided that Carol's pointed horns were manicured. like. head french manicured nails. but since Carol's nose is blue alongside her horns Im assuming that's her natural color. So i gave Dess colored horns and nose. Went with green bc Noelle has her red nose, and going green for Christmas colors + Dess's room is also very green colored.
Also Rudy's buck tooth and Noelle inheriting it, so Dess has more of Carol's tight-lipped mouth. Noelle doesn't really have either Rudy or Carol's eyes? So Dess just kinda got. my default eye shape LOL. though she has more prominent lids like Carol sorta with thicker brows like Rudy. was thinking the split in the eyebrow was more a scar rather than purposeful but either idea works LOL.
The mole was kinda spur of the moment? Neither Rudy or Carol have one but neither have freckles either and I wanted Dess to sorta match Noelle with something like that.

Ohh i kinda wanna make a pippins oc.... i dont have any ideas atm so it wont happen yet but I Do Wanna......
#rat finger painting#oc potshot#he can be a side boss like miss mizzle but if you battle him you lose him as a recruit#bc battling him requires cheating at his roulette which it doesn't take kindly to. you get the 'ShadowPystal' for beating him up tho#but otherwise they offer a 'non-lethal' (w/ blanks) version w/ low stakes/low rewards#and a 'lethal' version (taking damage) w/ high stakes/high rewards#not malicious just a thrill seeker#hangs out w/ shadowguys a lot over other pippins. they think he's dangerous#only Kris enters his minigame area and he doesn't particularly wanna let them play the 'lethal' ver. bc. thats a Kid.#but after the player selects the option of 'i can heal.' or smth and its implied the mentioning of save points healing he lets them#so like secret boss Coded but not Actually. i doubt he'd have a shadowcrystal#also toying w/ the idea of in his high stakes prize pool is just. the Chip Missing From It's Face. eye included. maybe armor? maybe sword.
